I've tried a few cycling studios in SLC and this one is definitely the best! Prices are all pretty similar from studio to studio here, but the instructors at Rebel are AMAZING. Obviously you gotta find the people you vibe with, but the classes I've taken have been really fun! Plus the front desk people are really helpful, they rent shoes, have free earplugs if the music is too loud, and are so friendly.

Love Rebel Ride! The instructors here are so positive and do a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable even if you’re new to spin. 10/10 recommend Stephanie’s classes. She brings the heat!!

Rebel has always and always will be such a comforting place. The instructors really care about their rides and the people in there. They put so much energy into it all. I heard of some change in staff which usually makes people run right? In my opinion the trainers who are there are the ones who makes it such a special place. All of my favorite instructors are there and I love the positivity

Rebel offers so much to its members! Physically it allows you to come in and try a variety of movement classes that meets your needs at any given time in your life. I thought I was someone who did not like boxing, well, I thought wrong. Their trainers make it fun, unique, and challenging every time you step into a class. Mentally and spiritually, each class you are encouraged to meet yourself where you are at and never feel like you’re not enough just as you are. I would highly recommend you give it a try and never look back!

I love Rebel!! Sugarhouse Rebel has THE best coaches who always have a positive vibe! They feel more like friends than instructors which makes working out way more fun!! Highly recommend ANY class at the Rebel Sugarhouse location!!

Have been coming to Rebel for a year now and it is best gym experience I’ve ever had, hands down. The facility is beautiful, classes are challenging and fun, and the trainers are truly kind and motivating. Seriously like no other gym in Salt Lake!

EDIT:One of the owners of Rebel House has reached out and was extremely caring about his studio and resolved the issue.Genuinely seems like this was coming from one employee and is not in line with what Rebel House represents.I have not attended any of the other classes in their other locations, but did love and recommended their classes at the downtown location to friends.I fell in love with cycling at their studio and would likely return in the future!***********Frustrated & Disappointed. Credit card charged after canceling my membership.Started with the the studio I was going to closing without anything posted in the building. After trying to call, text, email, and sending a message on Instagram I went into their other location and spoke with their front desk and she said she would text whoever was in charge of membership to cancel for me and I was still charged.I went in again and talk to the same person working front desk she was surprised my account wasn’t canceled. And once I finally heard back from the person running membership she acted like I didn’t try to cancel my account has ignore my text and will not confirm if my account is canceled.

Been to this newer location a couple times now and it doesn't disappoint!! Love that they have two locations and the energy is exactly the same. It's a full on community, not just a gym and their classes are killer. Love taking spin with any of their instructors (can't go wrong) and appreciate that there is a parking lot parallel to them and parking on the street.

Fun, upbeat energetic group classes with friendly encouraging inclusive staff. No cliques here; everyone seems to belong and are appreciated customers! I have been going for a few months consistently now and can't imagine not having Ride and Riot classes in my weekly routine. Having never done spin class before, Ride took me a couple weeks to truly get used to it and comfortable with the bike. Don't give up if you don't love your first Ride! It's worth the effort!
