After being a member for three years, they will no longer let me enter the gym without having their electronic app to check in. I have my card that still works to scan in upon arrival. I pay for the yearly membership in advance, so there is no need to have monthly fees or interaction with an app.

I like the size of the place. I don't feel closed in and crowded. It is easy to go in and do your own thing. I also like having the availability of tanning and massage beds under one roof. You just can't beat the monthly price for all the perks.

Not a fan of the new cardio machines. The old ones were way better and didn't lock up so much. Also a bit frustrating with my schedule that they haven't gone back to 24 hours yet (or at least extending hours somewhat, I sometimes don't get off work until after 8 PM and they close at 10). I might have to look at another option because I just am not getting nearly as much out of it as I used to.

The Manager did ALL the work of getting our membership switched from MT to TX. She went above and beyond and was so pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience.

Good gym. However what happenned with Planet Fitness being a 24/7 facility? This availability needs to come back... Clean gym helpful staff.
