This facility is excellent! The staff and Manager Joslyn are so accommodating and knowledgeable about the facility, equipment and Black card perks. PF has given my husband and hope for a better lifestyle as between us we have lost 18 lbs in 1 month of joining! We are so thrilled that you have come to the neighbourhood! Thank you PF!!

One of the best pf locations ive seen princess is the greatest very helpful and knowledgeable and the other guys and girls are awesome as well much love to all. On top of the the gym is very clean never to busy always able to use the equipment with little to no wait. Id recommend all to come here

This is a great gym, it’s brand new and has great staff and an amazing vibe. Love my workouts here and the messages I receive after. Worth it to be a black card member, you can bring a friend very time which helps keep the motivation up. I usual come in between 7-9 and there is always enough machines available without a wait time.

This is a review for Planet Fitness as a whole not just this location. It's a good gym, almost completely empty at night which is great because I'm disabled. Clean facilities, I like the bench press set up so you don't need a spotter.Why two stars:Good luck to you if you need customer service. I fell in a gap in their system over a year ago. I haven't been able to use or even cancel my membership in the last year because I was never given the membership package which includes a key card that you need to do anything. I've tried to contact them whenever I find the time. They make it extremely difficult and I was blown off every time. I'd love to just cancel and move on as I've wasted more than enough money on a membership I can't use but I can't even do that without the damn keycard. It's a shame because I did like this gym. Now I'm just angry and ripped off.Facilities: clean, good equipment 10/10Employees: friendly but incompetent 4/10Customer service: nonexistent 0/102 stars.EDIT: I was told my issue was forwarded to corporate and the management of a planet fitness. Whether it's the one my membership is at or the one closest to me I don't know, never heard back. They obviously don't care and have just been funneling my money for months. Over a year now.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted and welcomed. I talk to some of the staff on a name basis. The best part about the gym is that I can go in and complete my workout within an hour to an hour and 15 mins, and just go about my day. I"ve never had to wait to use any equipment and the majority of the members clean up after themselves and even so, the staff does routine cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment. Don't ever have to step over plates or dumbbells on the floor. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who just wants to get their workout in fairly quickly and not be pitched by pushy salespeople.

I love the gym!!! It's a clean and large facility. All the staff are really nice and very welcoming. Every time I go in I feel like I am more then just a membership. They welcome you with a great and friendly hello and let you know they are there to help and answer your questions. I really enjoy fitness training class with trainer Ethan. He makes the the training to meet your needs and pushes you to make sure you get the best workout.

First time ever.., going inside the gym. I'm not really a fun of working out with alot of people. I rather stay home and do my exercises and my hiking 10 miles and more miles.It's probably gym is not my thing. I'm more of an outdoor person. Fresh air not sweat..

This is a great affordable gym. I happen to walk in to ask some questions and I was given a one-time day pass for free. The staff was courteous and efficient. The gym was very clean and not crowded but maybe because I walked in in the morning time. In the women’s locker room they have lockers to put your belongings, you just need to bring a small lock and key for it. They have a really cool “30 minute station” with all the machines you need to get a quick workout on but of course they have all they other equipment you see at a name brand gym. I didn’t ask about their membership fees because I was only interested in a day pass since I already belong to a CrossFit gym that I love I just needed a back plan for those days I don’t make it to my CrossFit class. Overall the experience was pleasant and easy.
