Best atmosphere for training, development and the building of confidence. I endorse this gym to the young and old. The trainers are excellent; the equipment is efficient for conditioning and the location is great for those who live in the Downtown area of San Diego. The classes meet the level of the student and the trainers push the student to reach their potential. The price is reasonable and affordable. This is a gym for the real fighter.

I love this gym. The staff is friendly and the trainers really know what they are talking about and always go out of their qay to teach you right. I have seen great improvements in my boxing and health life after only being here for 2 months.

Perfect place to learn how to box. The trainers are very experienced and hands on. The take the time to work with you individually as well as in groups. It is a hard class but if you’re looking for a challenge.. look no further. The atmosphere is great and the attitudes of the staff is nothing short of energetic and positive. This is my new daily workout regime.

Practiced boxing for the first time ever. and was told to work with a trainer on the basics while the beginners class worked with another teacher. The guy did nothing but complain about how bad I was and told me I was stupid and had no sense. And that I didnt know how to control my own body, I was like jeez this is the first time. I only run and do yoga never boxed. The guy wasn't making sense, had no clue what he wanted me to do. Then at the end was saying I could be a champion if I come in everyday like come on bro. spent 2 hours with him and learned nothing. Never went back because I knew I would have to train with him a few more times to start the beginners class. But maybe the other classes are good.
