The cleanliness of Chuze, the friendliness of the front desk staff and that no matter what time you go to workout, it is not too crowded. I like the infrared and my husband likes the massage chairs. Great place to workout.

I'm frustrated by the fact that this place's water system keeps breaking down, and the expenses just keep increasing. I'm beginning to question why I'm still paying for this service when I have to drive 30 minutes to another location. It's becoming quite a hassle.

The gym is not very big, but it has everything you need. In the morning is not crowded.

Staff is always nice, place is always clean, definitely my top pick gym to workout at. The massage guns they have are also great to use before and after a workout.

Some staff members are unhelpful, but I am impressed how well this gym equipped! Hydro massage is my favorite part of any workout routine. I didn’t try out any classes there yet, but sure it will be fun. Got premium membership and happy to take care of myself and stay sporty ✊

Been coming here the past month. Evening staff is extremely friendly & helpful especially when I had questions about signing up. Gym and bathroom are always very clean.

I enjoy this gym, if early in morning not so packed, but if you want to use a sauna that's actually hotter that a normal cool day outside then go to a different gym. Would be 5 stars if their sauna actually made you sweat.

overall this place is great!! Some areas that can be improved are:-cleaner saunas (booths especially).. it can get and smell really grimey and nasty..No music would be nice, esp when you're just trying to relax ......- better music (kinda hard to work out to country music lol... try odesza or aurora night instead? )- self check in for massage chairs. Zero gravity chair #3 needs to be fixed.-longer open hours-bigger showers(These last 2 are not so important tbh)The employees are what makes this place awesome- they deserve raises!
