Title is a great gym and the classes are a legit workout if you put the effort in. The instructors are fantastic and really push members to master technique. So glad I found this place.

Title Boxing North Park has been my gym since 2016. The staff are always welcoming and the classes are never easy. I highly recommend PT with JoSalle or any of the other trainers.

I have been attending Title classes for the last few months, and I wish I would have joined sooner!I’ve tried many different boxing gyms and Title’s class format has been my favorite: a quick warmup followed by 8 rounds on the heavy bag and core at the end. I personally prefer to do my functional/strength training on my own time versus in a fitness class (where you can sometimes feel rushed on each exercise), so definitely try Title out if you are also the kind of person who likes to get the most out of your class time practicing movements and combos on the heavy bag instead. The Title staff are so friendly and helpful, and I love the energy every trainer brings to the classes, especially in any afternoon classes after a long day of work. Josalle and Derek’s classes have been my faves, from the high energy they bring, focus on technique and great demonstration (for those who may struggle with remembering combos) , and awesome music!Definitely check out Title if you’ve been considering it!!
