Open 24 hrs is great, clean showers, never crowded, huge parking structure. Took personal training but quit as it's not a workout, don't feel any results, can use machines without paying extra. Really nice trainer, though, Peter. Got charged extra beyond what owed, told person in charge, got charged twice again, talked to him 3 times total, still charged. Tried calling corporate, got cut off on transfer. Called my bank to lock them out of my account except the monthly fee I owe. Not a good experience. But still like going all the time on my own. Did what I could to straighten out the charges.

Everything is always broken, paper towels are always empty at peak hours, and to top it off the sauna is probably a health and safety hazard for how disgusting it is. Every other sauna I’ve gone to at different locations are spotless and each locker room has its own. This one though smells with puddles of dirt and sweat that just accumulate on the group. Someone’s going to slip and hurt themselves

One of the best gyms I've been too. There is a lot of workout equipment. In my opinion there's more stuff to do outside then inside. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the locker room cleanliness and the sauna usually has a musty/BO order like people go in there that never put deodorant on for that day.

I have discovered roaches in your gym in the Men’s lockers. This poses a health hazard. This is not only unsanitary, but it is also unpleasant to have inside the lockers. This is the second time encountering them coming out of the lockers. I have left you two voicemails regarding this issue and have not heard a response. This review is my next attempt at resolving this issue.Also the sauna is always filthy.

Here we are another week has gone by and still no communication from EOS.Half of the equipment in the movie theater doesn't work. Rules aren't followed. 50 % of guests do not wipe down equipment after use. Was lured in for training sessions.Started off ok. Ended up all messed up.Canceled my membership and was told I'm not allowed to cancel training contract?Here I've had 4 sessions and charged 264 bucks? More rants to follow. Management has failed. From the 2nd week of training until now.... I've been told someone will get back to you. My credit card was illegally charged. I was told only bank info was allowed to charge monthly fees.More to follow. I do NOT remember this gym at all to anyone. Failed me pre covid due to equipment not working and again failed me.. same thing. 30 % of equipment says under maintenance. SAD.Was also charged to 2 months service and the annual fee... Even some of the trainers agreed with me. Total lack of respect.I'll keep posting weekly..Till someone calls. I'm not paying anymore

The staff is way cool. However it's absolutely the dirtiest lockerroom that I have witnessed in 3 states. The area of town might have something to do with this. What has happened to the state of California? How is it possible in 2023, this is the worse I have ever witnessed?

A nice and extremely spacious gym yet extremely flawed by high demand. I could not find another leg machine to work on after finishing my sets on the squat rack. It's crazy because this is one of the largest gyms I've set foot in, but there are so many people. Ended up curling then leaving as I lack the patience to wait for the next available machine. The service there is good. For $15 it may be worth it if crowds are something you can patiently wait around in, but for me it's a no.

I love this Gym....as a flight attendant I use gyms all over the US, but this one was different. Not only was the staff super friendly, but the outside portion of the gym made it fun to work out! People working out there seem happy to be there! I know that next time I have a San Diego layover I will definitely come back to EOS!

I love coming to this gym! The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Every time I come in, the gym is clean and well maintained. The outdoor workout area is nice as well. Definitely my favorite gym I’ve been to.

I love this gym!! The staff are super friendly and made the enrollment process really easy and straightforward. I always feel safe here no matter what time I go. I recommend this location to anyone in San Diego!
