My husband and I needed to get back in shape after covid and after being diagnosed with early osteoporosis and having chronic leg and neck pain. We wanted a gym that is not crowded and intimidating and offer personalized workouts. We're super happy to have found Fitness Together. We've been working with Greg and Kevin for 5 months now. Not only do we feel stronger, the leg pain is gone and our balance have significantly improved. As a bonus we've lost some weight and inches! The trainers here are very knowledgeable, patient, and cater to individual needs and concerns. It's definitely time and money well spent! Thank you Greg and Kevin.

Have had a great experience here! Jimmy and Greg are awesome!! I have not consistently worked out in a while and they have really given me personalized workouts to get back in the groove. I get busy and tend to push off working out so the accountability is a great aspect too. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

At the Rancho Bernardo Fitness Together gym, I had the pleasure of working with the trainer Carlos. He was so helpful with helping me focus on my needs. He gave me the full picture on how to work properly on my abs. I learned so much about the structure of my abs, and he gave me a holistic picture of how things work. Carlos, showed me some great exercises that I can do at home or the gym. He was fun and customized everything for me, so our session was productive. Definitely, I am recommending him for friends. I came to Fitness Together because I was looking for a fitness trainer who has a physical therapy background. Greg has both qualities and it worked out very well. I tore my meniscus in March 2021 and had surgery in June. Traditional PT was not enough and tough to do with my work schedule. Greg and his team have flexible hours and each workout session has been amazing. My goal is to get back to jogging fun runs and hiking, and I feel strong, confident, and can have much better mobility and flexibility. Greg provides short physical therapy sessions on my knee and Achilles after my workouts too. It’s been a great choice for me and can’t wait to be back to my more active self!

I love the one on one training and the personal attention from a smaller gym. I’ve used trainers in other gyms and this is the first time I’ve wanted to continue after my initial sessions. Faith has been great at teaching me how to exercise correctly varying the methods so I don’t get bored. Her nutrition tips, just a couple of small changes, were easy to incorporate and spot on. Carlos and Greg both check in to make sure I am happy and I like the informational emails Greg sends out. I would recommend giving them a try.
