Nice little spot. Scattered amongst a half a dozen buildings. A little light on benches and racks but, it'll do the trick if you're passing through.

Excellent gym for the size. Definetly one of the smaller gyms but is broken up into a few areas making it well versed with cross fit, machines, regular indoor with cardio, an upstairs stretch/ group area and the court. A good deal of cardio equipment. The basketball/volleyball court seemed to be waxed regularly. Some benches for the outdoors is a nice take. I've been going for 3+ years nothing to complain over; certainly one of the best gyms I've been too. Staff is kind as always.

It's decent for a small base. The three separate buildings that make up the fitness center actually provide a variety of fitness options. The equipment is in good condition. The strength training building is open-air while the cardio/strength building has a/c and locker rooms on the second floor.
