Welcoming and excellent coaching! Their equipment is a bit dated but such a cool space with really great upbeat coaches.

Very nice CrossFit gym. Large facility with locker rooms and friendly staff. Lots of room and space to workout.

Dropped in to Invictus for 23.2 with a bunch of friends while in town for a conference. All of the coaches/front desk staff/members were amazingly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed from taped out shuttle runs to score cards and judges. They were extremely responsive over email and hospitable when we were there. Thanks Invictus!

A must if you CF, famous, great place to WOD, friendly coaching and great atmosphere.

Looking for a community of support and inclusivity? While Invictus is known for mentoring elite athletes, it is, in fact, awesome for all levels! Expert coaching will focus on YOU! They will quickly customize your program if needed. Coaches worked around my knee pain to help me get stronger and feel my best..I’m so grateful and it’s worth every penny!

I only dropped in for 1 class, but I had a great time. The staff, coaches, and fellow athletes were welcoming. I would definitely stop in again.

I have been with Invictus since 2018 and can say without questions that it is the best gym on the planet. Best coaches. Best community. Best vibe. I have had the privilege to work with many/most of the coaches in the SD facility. They are all at the very top of their field in training, experience and approach. The members (competitive athletes included) are some of the coolest, kindest welcoming people you would want to meet, which may come with the mindset of those who chose to become members. HIGHLY recommended.

Invictus is hands down one of the best crossfit gyms I have experienced, particularly in regards to the coaching and programming! I love the variety of classes they have but what really keeps me coming back is how engaging the coaches are! They're always checking on your, your form (super important), tailoring/ customizing workouts based on your needs and fitness level, and checking in to see how we are finding the class. It really makes the experience so rewarding and fun!

I did two drop ins here and was welcomed immediately. Community here seems amazing. Coach Christie I believe was charge on day one and I have to give her a massive shout out! Her heart and soul is in Coaching you can tell that immediately! Awesome!!! Day two Coach was great too! Facilities are wonderful with great equipment clean showers, free towels an water dispenser and tons of t-shirts to choose from. Training of course was a blast!
