Such a fun (but tough) and dynamic workout. It's always changing so you're constantly challenging your body! I love the 6am workout - gets my endorphins going for the day! Fun instructors and playlists too - makes it go by so much faster. Love this workout!

I’ve been coming to Renegade for the past few months and love it! Its usually difficult for me to keep consistent with a workout program but these classes are super fun and challenging. It’s really what you make it. The coaches are all kind and motivate you to push yourself. Totally recommend!

Love Renegade! I’ve been going to the north park location but this new one is closer to me. (I love that the membership grants access to all locations)I’m not good in a gym, I get demotivated and don’t work out as hard, so these workouts are perfect. They let you go at your own pace to begin with then when you’ve built up endurance you can go harder. It blends weights with cardio and core. Basically everything you need.

The vibe in this gym is amazing. I like working out with like minded people on different stages of their fitness journey. The trainers are always energetic and encouraging. It has grown more since I was last there. There are more weights and kettlebells that you can use in your own section. The workouts will leave you sweating and toned.

The atmosphere is nice but overall I believe this place lacks teaching. Definitely not for anyone that is just starting the gym. You’re pretty much on your own when the class starts and are told to observe others in class to know what you’re supposed to do. I’ve seen awful form from people working out and the instructor just walking in circles not correcting or helping anyone. If I wanted to rely on seeing what others are doing and copying them I’ll just go to a regular gym.

So happy there is a Renegade near me now. This location specifically has a great layout and and awesome coaches.Best workout in town, bar none. You get in, get your sweat on, and get out feeling great. I’ve tried every other Renegade-like gym in SD and none are as good as the original. Renegade is the best.

I highly recommend checking out Renegade no matter what experience level you are. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging to keep you pushing through each workout and are always willing to help. Everyday I come out of a class feeling great and accomplished especially after giving my best effort. I have noticed a significant difference in the way I look and feel just after consistently coming to classes and would encourage others to give some classes a try to see for yourself.

I have taken many group classes and so far have taken two classes at Renegade in North Park. I have really enjoyed my work outs here. They have great coaches and hype music selection. Though there are many clients working out, the coaches are constantly walking around to check in and make sure your body mechanics are safe and effective. The workouts are challenging but are just right work to kick your buns into shape.

Great workout! Finally a group class that isn’t just cardio all day. Has a solid strength training portion to build muscle and look good! I did have a hard time finding the gym bc the signage is so small, and I was actively looking for it too.

I've been going to Renegade since 2019 and the workouts never disappoint. It can definitely be confusing and overwhelming for your first class, but the instructors will ensure that you get the help you need and that your form is correct. Thanks to Renegade, I learned so many different types of workouts that I felt comfortable enough to go to the gym alone to do strength training on my own time. Renegade has helped me prep for my first Spartan race as well. All in all, I definitely would recommend checking their classes out because I guarantee you that you'll get one heck of a workout!
