I appreciate this place. The owners are a great family that are involved and totally trendy with the youth and elders alike. It's a great place for an authentic, hard workout. Outdoor air with outdoor exercise equipment is a bonus! They have a new FIR sauna and cryo-plunge too!! Thanks

The instructors are the best and super friendly! They play the best music to get you energized for the workout! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym!

Super friendly gym, quality equipment, half inside and half outside… go early or late during summer to avoid the heat for most machines. Cardio and most free weights are inside.

Great facility with helpful and friendly staff. I left my old commercial gym a little over a month ago due to many reasons including rude members and the fact that you had to fight for equipment even during slow times. I haven’t had that problem here. Everyone, members and gym staff included, treat each other with respect. Some might argue that the equipment isn’t “state of the art” but you know what? This is where you get RESULTS. 😤 Glad I signed up.

Been coming here for a year now. Love this gym. Great owner, great staff, lots of equipment and very good parking. Excellent prices, and everyone I've met is very friendly. The perfect neighborhood gym

The trainers are extremely attentive, educated, and will definitely make you laugh at some point during the workout. They get to know all of their clients on a personal level and make wonderful adjustments for exercises to those who need it.

I actually like this gym, but had an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member. I asked if we could change one of the news channels to something else. She asked why and I explained that I see one news station represented here and would rather have things on tv that are not controversial. By appealing to one side, they are alienating other customers.She responded in quite a challenging tone “so you think it’s ok to have CNN on but not Fox”. I said back that “no, all of this stuff is garbage and making people hate each other. Would love to come to the gym and get away from all the junk and would rather see none of it”It felt like a reasonable request but it ended up being pretty uncomfortable and now I am not certain I will renew my membership after it.

If your looking for a great family environment this gym is it. Great equipment, great staff and the owners are the best. Come and visit for yourself on a trial basis and Im confident you will become a member.

Great owner and staff! The personal trainers, Lankford and Adrian are some of Best in San Diego County period!! It's hard to find that type of experience and result driven trainers in one gym!!
