If you're looking to escape the COVID doldrums and get moving, I can't recommend Bootique enough. Especially for those of you who aren't into "fitness" — try it and you might surprise yourself. I'm a dancer and pilates nerd, not at ALL a typical bootcamp type of gal. But with everything closed down, I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm so glad I did. The teachers are incredibly kind, uplifting, motivational, non-intimidating, and friendly. Genuinely. One of my favorite things is that they have a strong, active community even outside of classes — think game nights, trivia nights, etc. (All online right now, of course.) I can honestly say that I surprised myself with how quickly I was able to gain strength in all the right places. But perhaps more importantly, I got some much-needed outdoors time (with real, live, other humans — at a safe distance, of course!). Between the fresh air, conversation, and exercise, Bootique has been a huge and healthy mood-booster for me. Try it, try it, try it! You'll be so glad you did.

I've been going to this Boot Camp for over a year now and I can't believe how much stronger, healthier and happier I am. I've lost over 50 lbs and looking great! The trainers are amazing and know what they're talking about! If you love or hate Fitness this is the spot for you! Jaylin and her team are wonderful! They really care about who as a person and want the best for you! These group of ladies are the best! They keep me going back to class because I love seeing them and being around them.

I have been working out with Bootique for five years! I have the best workouts and have fun in the process. Every workout is different so I'm never bored. The trainers are very engaged with each of us and are responsive to making each exercise work for each of us. You will never feel like a "number." Try it, your body will thank you

I am closing in on 6 years of boot camp with Bootique and they are the best! The best trainers, best locations and best workouts! I have never stuck with any other workout routine for this long. Bootique makes it easy. I just show up, and they run me through an incredible high intensity workout. All in 45 minutes. Lots of location and time of day options!

Joining Bootique Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made! I had plateaued with the Gym routine and I felt like a "sausage!" I discovered Bootique and I have not seen the inside of a gym in 4 years! I attend the Mission Bay classes 4-5 times a week. I have the privilege to be trained by Sarah, Sabrina and Ro. And, we sometimes get a "bonus" when Jaylin shows up! Honestly, I can't say enough about the program. I am stronger, toned and I feel great! The workouts are definitely challenging....but the camaraderie and the trainers somehow get you thru each session. I recently gave a Professional Development session for my job and it was titled "Invest In Yourself." I am committed to investing in my health and well being. My "Return on Investment" (i.e. ROI) is priceless. Thank you Bootique!

As someone who use to be a dedicated gym bunny, I can’t tell you how bored I would constantly get and then end up falling off the wagon and skipping weeks of workouts because I’d become tired of the same old routine day in and day out. When I came across Bootique, I immediately fell in love with the workouts and atmosphere. What’s so great about the bootcamp classes, is that they are never the same, the women motivate and inspire each other, and the workouts are tailored to women of every level of fitness; whether you’re just getting started or have years of athletic experience behind you. Even better, you get to make new friends while you sweat! This is the best workout for any woman looking to change her routine and get fit in San Diego.

San Diego’s Bootique Fitness is the best all-women’s fitness company around! If you’re a woman looking for gym you can stop looking now because Bootique Fitness has it all- the great outdoors and fresh air, the most dynamic and motivating classes, the camaraderie of the other women, the locations and times, and my favorite- the most knowledgeable fun trainers! To be able to get a great workout done within 45 minutes is hard to say no to, especially when you’re having fun doing it.The reasons why Bootique boot camps are better than going to the gym:-Boot camp is for ALL fitness levels, no experience necessary-You have a personal trainer to make sure you’re being safe and effective with stretches and exercises-They have awesome equipment like battle ropes, kettle bells, TRX straps, sand bags and more-You get to work-out with other women who have similar goals as you- There’s upbeat music to rock out to during class-The trainers will show you how to use equipment properly-They have 5 different outdoor boot camp locations and times (oh and Zumba too!)-Every class is different and each of the trainers has their own style-The owner Jaylin also provides coaching and “girl talk” chats outside of classesI could go on, but really…give this class a shot and you’ll be happy you did!
