UPDATE - Sara, an executive in their corporate office contacted me within minutes of the review being posted and delivered to me the service I was accustomed to from Bxng. This level and speed of resolution exemplifies the superior customer service I was used to and it was greatly appreciated by me.______________________________________________________________My rating DOES NOT reflect the gym or employees - they were amazing and I loved my Bxng gym in Solana Beach. The rating only applies to corporate and their service and policies. I had to move out of the area and had to cancel my membership - a brutal experience.Be very careful when signing up, read the documents carefully because canceling is like trying to cancel Spectrum/Comcast/Cox cable.First of all, I signed up before the Solana location was ready and paid monthly while it wasn't even open yet. Then paid monthly for a few months while the mens locker room wasn't even available and we had to use the outhouse in the parking lot.When I moved I "suspended" my account for a few months (for a monthly $ fee of course) then realized when I couldn't move back I requested to cancel it. In order to cancel it, they are requiring me to pay a full month in order to give them 30 days notice after just spending many months on suspension not using the service.Minocqua (I'm sure I spelled it wrong, sorry) was very rude to me, condescending and pedantic.I am so disappointed in this company. Not only did I pay for months when the gym wasn't open, I paid for months with no locker room and they treat me like this on the way out.Very, very disappointing.

This is an extremely predatory business who actively seeks to take advantage of customers with their collections practice. They make it very difficult to cancel, and will continue to try to bill you even if you cancel but didn't do it the way they want you to.They will then continue to bill you - if the card is cancelled, they will send your account to collections who will mark it up and try to charge you an extra 30%, and threaten to hurt your credit if you do not.This is the worst experience I've ever had at a gym, I cannot recommend enough everyone stay away.

Great place to start if you’re looking to learn MMA or just workout at a top notch facility with classes that will get you in shape FAST.From the moment you step in, the front desk staff—most notably Kelsey—greet you warmly with a big smile. Was just in there tonight and the yoga teacher was passing out home-baked rice Krispy treats after her class (I ate 3). Where else does this happen??I began my journey at The BXNG Club almost two years ago just taking their power boxing classes to get in shape. Every class is a killer workout, and being in a group setting helps you push past your limits. They also have Grit, which is like a group weight training class, and Burn, which is a group HIIT class. So you’re basically getting access to F45-style workouts, a yoga studio, spin classes, BJJ, Muay Thai, and boxing classes, all in one gym. So you can go pay for all those things separately or just get one membership at The Bxng Club 😂After three months, I advanced to their boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu classes. Wilson Reis and Billy Brown are exceptional Jiu Jitsu coaches who have built an impressive program. Wilson, a pro MMA fighter, is gracious and welcoming to newcomers, while Billy Brown attentively monitors form and offers guidance with his intuitive teaching style. As a BJJ beginner, I've always felt included and supported.All-in-all I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly is a lifestyle and it will probably get you in better shape than you even wanted to be in lol

I've been going to this gym consistently for over a year. For so long after back surgery, I was gun-shy to do weight training with my lower body. So I got help from trainer Daria Lipinska to guide me through it. She's talented, experienced with returning from setbacks, and takes a lot of care in developing a personal plan. My legs & back have improved beyond expectation and I feel more stable and confident I'm not aggravating my old injury. Such a valuable experience.

I signed up for the boxing club excited to start something new it’s a beautiful gym always clean and staff is very friendly I decided to try the personal training weight lifting sessions, they paired me with Daria she is amazing! I never liked working out before and a year and a half later I have found a new passion! Daria is very knowledgeable she first made sure my posture was correct during the work outs so that I didn’t hurt myself something that most trainers should be doing but to my surprise don’t, she knows exactly how much weight to increase by the week and understands the challenges I have due to bad posture from my work, she’s so sweet and professional I learned so much with Daria she pretty much help me overcome my fear of the gym I was always intimidated by the machines and all the fit people but thanks to her I don’t dread going to the gym anymore I love working out! Never thought I’d say that and the bonus is my body is all over more toned I’m stronger and very happy with the results, if you sign up for boxing please consider weight training with Daria she will help you build the muscle you need as well as the confidence!

I train with Billy Brown twice a week with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Giovani Santillan with boxing, these are some of the best instructors I’ve worked with. I knew nothing about either discipline and they worked with me patiently step by step showing me the ropes. The program design, instruction and attention to detail by these teachers are top notch. Billy is an excellent coach in explaining the reasoning and science behind the moves in BJJ, (which can seem intimidating at times) if you’re a beginner like me, he’s extremely patient and overall fun to work with. Giovani is great at assessing you and finding the learning style that works for you in order to learn the highly technical art/science of boxing. I can’t recommend these two enough, I guess you can say they changed my life. Big props to Kelsey, Noel, Preston and Keith for always being welcoming and supportive.

Been a member over two years and absolutely love this place. Incredible classes with outstanding instructors (Daria, Luis and Asia).Always clean, plenty of space and equipment, you can’t help but love it. The other members are friendly, but take their workouts seriously. If you want to get results this place will get you there.

Great club experience including personal trainer Daria. She is great in tracking workout progress on her tablet, Mark, Luis and and Pablo are unstoppable in motivation and performance. Last but not lest Roma super star fighter and trainer. They are knowledge in their skill highly recommend a personal trainer.

Very Nice Gym! I was in town visiting and did a day pass. Showed up still asleep for the 7 A.M kickboxing class. It was fun. Its a well maintained facility. I like the layout of the gym.The staff is super friendly and the place is filled with good energy! Didnt have time to make it back there. But they do have a wide variety of classes on the schedule. 5 stars overall!
