This place is great. Plenty of classes to choose from 6a-7p time range, clean facility, a legitimate weight area with power rack etc., and most important, many of the trainers walk the walk and have experience in the ring/ you're picking up technique along the way instead of just hitting a heavy bag all the time.

Fun and always clean. There's never a time that I see weights not racked, or a staff member not cleaning. Plus the classes are intense and a blast. All the coaches are awesome.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym. The classes are super informative and challenging at the same time. I go 5 days a week, and all of the staff is wonderful!Shout out to Derrick who has been nothing but welcoming and kind to every member especially to my friend that I bring along when I can. Can’t recommend this place enough, you have to give it a try! 🥊
