BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!Long story. Single mom, three kids and my child has an opportunity to travel to Italy. I need to cut down on expenses for a while reached out to cancel, they said they could suspend my account on the first of the month, I said I need to cancel it. They still charged me for the next month anyway. They stopped responding to emails. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Super shady place. I heard complaints before, truly disappointed they were true. Facility is sub-par. You can definitely YouTube what they do and save $
