These people are my family. An absolute staple in San Diego. Dave loves you. Just ask him. He does. If you want to pretend, go to 24 fitness. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, sweat it out, or throw a punch, come here. They've been doing it for decades. Great place to let the kids run loose, too!!!

Undisputed been family owned and been making others feel welcomed like family. I highly recommend undisputed to really have a great work out and getting in shape . coaches really take there time in teaching each an individual. That's what makes it awesome. Undisputed is home to me and to alot of others aswell come join And see for yourself.. 💯

I have a knee injury and the trainers have been amazing showing me techniques and exercises to help strengthen my knee. The atmosphere is both positive and charged with a sense of community; brotherhood and sisterhood that's hard to find in other gyms. The trainers and members are a great group of people who show you how to fight while having fun. Recommend 100% to anyone looking for a fun way to stay fit .
