Deceptive Business -- DO NOT USETreats customers like animals. Forced me to pay for things I didn't even use, tacked on huge hidden fees, and cited that the contract had the fees hidden behind a huge wall of text. The contract didn't have what they said, they still charged me without consent, and even charged cards I deleted.I protested the fees, but the VP threatened to ruin my credit score and send debt collectors after me if I didn't pay the fees. My roommates ended up paying $270 for one week of membership and I paid $235 for only a few weeks as well.Reported the company to the FTC, DFPI, and the Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Illegal to hide payment information deep inside a contract.

I've worked for 24-hour fitness and worked out at multiple gyms and by far this gym manager has it together. She makes sure this gym is clean and equipments are working.

Great gym that's rarely busy!Trainers are fantastic and the locker room is always clean and very well stocked. Super clean!

Solid gym. You have to use an app to scan in, but it’s been recently updated and is actually quite smooth (some older reviews complained about the app). The place gets pretty crowded in the evenings, but there is usually a machine or two open to progress with your workout. They also have these nice massage tools that are excellent for recovery.

Very irresponsible services. I tried to freeze my account and no help available. In-person staff offer no help, online staff doesn’t do either. Freezing department wod not work when needed. Be prepared when you need this kind of service from them.
