One of Best gyms I have ever been to. Granted, I have only been to 24hr and golds. And the other sf fitness branches. But this place is great! It would be perfect if it had a pool and hot tub time machine!

A couple of nice people at the counter with a bleach blonde girl who is extremely rude. The place is full of wannabe trainers. I would say a third of them are actually fit and seem to know what they're doing. The parking lot is a crapshoot in terms of it being clean. For the $85 monthly membership fee, this place should be on their a game 24/7.

They didn't allow me to bring a friend out of town for free just once. The locker room is really crowded - always have to wait to get to my locker after the workout or the shower. No sauna/steam and one of the highest monthly rates I've ever seen for such type of a gym. Customer service is not that great either

No nonsense gym. I'm coming from Equinox, so don't expect fancy equipment and eucalyptus towels. This gym is full of old school equipment and the people that go here know how to workout. Used to be a gold's gym, so it still has the same clientele. Friendly people, good facilities and FREE parking in SF!!!

Love this gym. Excellent classes. People are super friendly. Very spacious, I've never had to wait for a machine, sometimes a little for some weights. Members are encouraged to bring their dogs and the staff keeps an eye on them at the front.

The gym is full of great equipment and all of the staff is friendly and attentive. Since signing up I have started with a personal trainer, Aaron. He's great and after only 3 weeks I really am feeling a difference. I would highly recommend this gym of all those I've tried in SF.I recommend Aaron Miyasaki as a personal trainer with the highest regard. He is great to work with and will get you to laugh between squats.

Would give a better review for the gym itself. Machines and staff are fine, but PLEASE, when you offer WiFi, don't use the cheapest Comcast offer. It's just plain unusable. I would like to watch stuff on Nextflix while doing cardio. For every hour cardio, i can usually watch about 30 minutes. The rest is loading time.
