Parking is on the street and is limited. Big open floor space for working out. Locker rooms are clean.

It's a clean gym the weights in equipment or really really nice the people in the environment is really nice I just feel sometimes people stare at somebody or pay attention to somebody else a little too much like other members I would say

Large gym filled with fit people. I get it. I hate gyms but my trainer trains out of here. That's good. It's friendly and low sales pressure, that's also good. But ya, I hate gyms.

Overcrowding causes serious issues. Management are notoriously difficult to deal with. I was considering using one of the trainers. Turns out he wasn't certified as a personal trainer even though he claimed to be certified with 3 different …

Decent gym with decent fitness classes. About 80:20 men:women so the cardio machines are always available. Paul Hoyos’s classes are amazing. Gina’s Sunday Zumba class brings people from all corners of the Bay. Wish they had a spin studio here as well as more free floor space. But all in all a good value.

1. Deceptive management constantly raises rates for training and members without notice.2. The management seems more interested in installing flat screen TVs than good equipment. Much of the equipment is extremely old and worn out. The equipment they do replace works just fine.

If you are a serious lifter this is the only real lifting gym in SF. They have independent trainers if you need one (they also have house trainers who are useless, like at every other gym). Equipment is kept in perfect shape, and is very strategically placed. Lots of experienced lifters, can always get a spot from someone if needed. Easy to find a workout partner if you want one. Can get a great post-workout shake at the cafe, made from quality ingredients. Parking right across the street.

This is a great gym compare to others. Their bathrooms are good compare to other gyms. They always have lots of towels available. The entrance people are not so friendly. Instructurs and classes are great at this location.
