I used to be a member and this was my local gym about eight years ago, but I cancelled my membership back then. I cancelled because the Bay Fair location was a mess! You had people sitting on machines talking on their cell phones not even exercising. You also had weight hogs that would use all the dumbbells and not re-rack them afterwards. Well, I decided to give this location another try and after eight years NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I would avoid this 24 Hour spot at all costs.

This gym has been allowed to slip into squalor by its chain. The employees are all friendly and try their best but the facility and equipment maintenance is bare bones. Not only that but cancelling a membership both in person and online then still getting charged two moths later is just unprofessional. Get your act together 24.

Gross. The bathrooms smell and look like a portable potty. It wasn’t just once that it got bad. It’s consistently disgusting. Cleanliness is at the bottom of the barrel of priorities and right next to that is the maintenance of the machines. Both Bayfair and Floresta have to be the worst maintained gyms I’ve ever seen.

Most of the staff are polite and smile back when you make eye contact. Depending on when you go, there are always a ton of people. Gym itself and equipment are pretty good, but usually there's something broken, like a bench or two, and recently about 4 of the stair machines. Men's bathroom is disgusting, with water/urine all over the floor of the urinals/toilets, and reeks of an unclean bathroom.

You can't rate this gym as a super sport even though they have all the amenities of a super sport at the rate of a sport level. Only 24 hour gym with 4 lap lanes, and has a variety of lifting equipment and classes and kid place. Like seriously, this is the best sport level 24 hour fitness, I'm literally going to be able to save $20/month since this gym is close and has everything I need. Yea it's not as pristine as a super sport, but it's definitely has everything else you can ask for. And it's not nearly as crowded as a super sport. Yea it's not the best overall quality but when you factor cost, amenities and availability it by far out rates the other facilities.
