I do the spin class with Jen, and it rocks. I might drop it half a star only because sometimes there is a bike not working. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Back in an actual weight gym after years of Krav Maga. Amazing how the same people I signed up when I opened that location as an employee...look the same. Most look worse! Father time you can't catch me.
