Was on a business trip and needed a place to workout. Thankful I landed at 24 hours. One of the best experience I’ve had. I believe her name was Alisha, she was so welcoming and friendly. She made me feel like I was back at my gym back home. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be sure to visit again!!

I recently relocated and I have been trying out gyms in the area but I came to Bayfair because of the kids club. The staff was so nice Obi and Maria checked in my kid and told me about all the membership options available as well. I enjoyed a cycle class and after picking up my kid I signed up immediately. I just knew I was in good hands.

It's a functional gym, not sure what people are complaining about. I do have complaints about people playing music too loud and people who are wondering and and not working out.

They stole 120$ out of my account n played games for 2 weeks just to find out they wasn’t gone refund my money they are scammers don’t ever put ur card on file if u get a membership pay cash

This facility has the opportunity to be a good one, however it is poorly maintained. The locker rooms are usually dirty. There are not enough free weights. It is supposed to be one of the higher up 24s but it doesn't seem like it.

The representatives were very dishonest. I wanted to sign up for month to month membership for 4 months only, but they did a month-to-month year commitment and would charge me every month for a whole year. When I asked them co cancel my membership, they told me they will cancel it but will still keep charging me until next year. So be very careful what you sign up for, because they try to give you the most expensive deal and keep you committed for a long period of time.

Concerns regarding homeless people hanging out in locker room, ranting and screaming. Brought to girl at desk, they were not concerned. ,Coker room and showers are filthy. For month we have been told they would find an instructor for Monday and Wednesday mornings, management doesn’t seem to care, but they have no problem accepting Medicare kaiser payments...

Awesome class schedule with great variety and challenges! This is The Original 24HF with a historical significance, and I can feel the passion the area manager and the instructors dedicate to this facility based on the special GX event they hosted last week. Had an amazing experience~ will definitely come back to attend the classes!

The only great thing about this location is that it’s opened 24hrs literally.Other than that, machines all old.Cable machine station have limited attachments.The ropes all old and look like someone’s dog played tug of war with them.One back machine been broken for a long time.
