My husband brought me as a guest to tour this facility and immediately I noticed the floors were filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. The facility is well equipped but unkept and very uncleaned. Every part of the gym was muddy. I highly highly recommend this facility get a cleaning service immediately! I'm shocked that there was so many members in there

I used to love going to this gym.Because they have everything.After a good workout You can get in the pool, hot tub, steam room or Sauna.The reason I stopped going here is because the women's locker room is very very filthy. I haven't been to this gym in some years maybe over 5 or soo year's.But I see nothing has changed it's still filthy as beforeThe women's lack room is flooded with water.Members are paying too much money for you guys not to have cleaning service.I will continue to go to 24 hour on Floresta.It's much cleaner

I want to like this gym so badly. It’s a good size, good layout, nice staff, big basketball court. Everyone I have interacted with is pleasant. Machines are old but mostly work. Some things could be better maintained. I dont consider the locker rooms or pool viable facilities so cant speak on those. The things that kills this place is the hygiene. The culture of the staff has just accepted that they can’t keep things clean compared to other 24hour locations nearby. The basketball court of late has become specifically hazardous as it is literally never cleaned and is so visibility dirty and dusty that there is no traction. During periods of intense rainfall recently, water was leaking on the court and for days there was literally no caution or wet floor signs. It was essentially a lawsuit waiting to happen. Why there wouldnt be a nightly cleaning protocol during the time in which the court is closed is something I don’t understand. The lack of the care factor is a bummer and often i chose to drive farther to go to a cleaner location and consider joining a more expensive gym close by because of the reliable cleanliness that I have come to expect from the Bayfair location.Please consider professionally deep cleaning the basketball court, it would make a big difference To a lot of folksEdit: as of 2/14/23 : for the last week almost 90% of the wall hand sanitizers are completely out. There are no signs or information posted about a shortage or a lack of hand sanitizer or any indication when they would be back. Ive been three times in the last week and this was true every time. It’s concerning, to say the least, that this very very basic amenity cannot be provided. Who is the manager of this location?

Good place to workout but unkept showers and dirty toilets.

The time that I arrived was around 7PM WCT. They had a little bit more customers within the 2 hours I spent. The staff & some of their members treated me with respect. And I appreciate that very much because I have to remain active as possible to prolong the inevitable. That is keep my muscles moving and do my PT as best as I can.

This gym is heavily impacted. The women’s and men’s locker room were filthy. My male workout buddy said the floor was covered with urine. The women’s side was flooded and had a cigarette butt on the floor. We spoke to the desk staff about it and got lip service. The health inspector should check in.

I joined this year mainly to use the pool. I agree with other comments about women's locker room, pool, and jacuzzi. I think there needs to be a bigger team supporting cleaning on a daily basis. I have seen men come in from the gym, take clothes off near the pool and jump in before changing or showering. Needless to say I got out of the pool immediately. I went to the jacuzzi and jets were off, you could see all of the particles floating. I suspect there will be more people joining in the new year and I can't imagine how dirty it's going to get with more people using the facilities. All of the machines need a thorough cleaning. I hope there are improvements in the new year.

The women's locker room is disgusting. Floors are extremely dirty. Sauna was the same and the hot tub looked filthy with lots of sediment floating throughout.
