This place is dirty all around the bathroom stinks seems like no one cleans this place at all. Everything is out of place 24hour fitness gyms have really gone down in all categories save money and go somewhere else not worth the price having other gyms around at half the price

Most of the staff are friendly but the gym can use some cleaning, the floor especially. I understand it is hard to find good cleaners these days.

This Gym is awesome Gym people here actually work out other Gyms people are there picking up on girls or girls on guys like if it was a club to much talking not enough working out but this club everyone there is serious getting their money, sweating and doing what they came to do not horse play or try and be a Casanova in a new sweat suit and not breaking a sweat the staff are polite and courteous enough parking spots machines are up to date it has everything swimming pool sauna steam room basketball court the list goes on just with covid some things are restricted per the state but now its 24 hours again so sweet good gym highly recommend it.

Staff was cool, showers were hot with lots of pressure, everything I needed was ready to go, friendly people working out...

My mom wallet got stolen from this 24 hour fitness 4 years ago. Someone broke my mom’s lock and stole her wallet and left her clothing right next to that locker. I got my mom’s call from number that I don’t know (which is 24 hour fitness phone) when I got off from work that day. I called the police. I waited 3 hours to see them and report. Police told me that they can’t do nothing because there is no security camera inside the locker room. Also, they mentioned that finding my mom’s wallet is finding a needling in a haze-stack. I still remember as my worst day of my life and also felt hopeless. I just want to let that out and warn people to never bring anything while you are in 24 hour fitness. If you have to, ALWAYS carry with you ALL THE TIME such as carrying with water-resistant cross body bag to put your small items like keys and etc..

Dusty basketball courts not maintained. Even in my new pair on I still slip and slide while playing

From the floors not being clean to the nasty looking mirrors, this gym is totally filthy and just think i won't even start on the bathroom, however i don't see it like that in San Roman, Brentwood, Concord, Walnut Creek and Antioch. By the way, whatever happen to the replaying of the announcement that says, Please rerack all weights and equipment after use.I've been a member of 24Hr Fitness since they bought out Family Fitness Centers in 1985, and this is the worse i've ever seen a gym. Beautiful staff, it's just not enough of them to take care of the place. HELP PLEASE

most unhygienic gym I’ve ever seen. lots of other low cost gyms are way cleaner then this. Equipment are old, staffs do not care, people don’t wipe seats after themselves, many machines are out of order… and so on

The people at the front desk are polite ....came in last Sunday to sign up for membership.. the Manager Victoria personally came out to assist me with my membership and helped me logging into my app. She was very patient and attentive. The guy at the front was polite greeting me when we entered and left..
