Does the job. More cardio machines than the Bayfair location, but harder to find free weights here. Place has gotten dirtier as well but still prefer it over Bayfair since it's typically less busy here.

Locker room's usually a hot mess and the swimmers in the pool RARELY seem to realize that DISABLED people use the "slow" walking lane for, you know, WALKING! But the staff are friendly, and it's a good workout, so there ya go!

Free weight are not organize. All the light weight are gone no where to be found. Weights are all over the place partly because of patron are not putting them back. Most treadmill need repair or replace and Bathroom is dirty.

This is my regular gym, and I'm very disappointed that the machines are so old here. The carpet smells bad, the mats are old and ripped, and some machines are rusting. It was an old Ballys, and when they took over, they never replaced machines so they're all like over 10 years old. It would be a much better gym if they just update the weight machines and change out the carpets.

I appreciate the pool. Except when there is a class and they won't even leave 1 lane open. Most gyms with a pool this size leave 2 lanes open. The reason for my low rating.. this is the 3rd time I've come and the gym heas been closed. I know it's not a 24hour gym, but when you say you are going to open at 7am on the weekend, open at 7am. There are 10 people waiting outside the gym for it to open and 7 people have already driven off. It's 7:20... c'mon we have schedules to keep. And now I have to miss my workout again.

Love the gym, great atmosphere, great staff. Just wished some people would be mindful to return the weights and attachments back in the right place and not all over the place like a kid's playground lol But other than that the gym is solid. Please have more separate workout benches that can move around.

The equipment is good to go but the way the gym is managed is not so good. People blast music on their personal stereos in the weight lifting area and management does nothing about it. I mean, come on! Not everyone in the gym wants to hear your loud music! That's why many of us are seen wearing headphones. Please have some consideration for the people around you.

I come here on the weekends and my days off because this is the the best 24 in the east bay that I've been to(3 total so far). Anything less than 25lb dumbbells in the standard hex end type are rare or nonexistent. I'd like to see more dumbbells and a reorg of the layout to make them easier to find. They clean everyday but the ceiling vents could use a good vacuuming. Staff is friendly and accommodating with channel changes and rope pulls for the pulley machines. People that come here literally destroy the bathrooms (ripped down shower curtains, clogging the sinks, and you know) and cost the club money which could be use to replace those vanishing hex dumbbells.

Great gym! All the weights are in great condition. The machines are very well maintained and cleaned often by members and staff. They also have fantastic dance/workout classes, spin classes water aerobics classes in their standardized 25yard swimming pool with great instructors.
