Great gym makes you feel at home. Always clean and working. Small and private for those that don’t like a big crowd. Staff always nice and caring.

The place is not a nice place to be. It has the most negative atmosphere that you would not love to be around. I recently used one of the bathroom for shower and within seven minutes I was told to get out. The staff was knocking the door very hard and shouted that I should get out. I asked what was really going on to act like that and the staff told me " Oh you just got here, so you are fine". It was was harassment of its kind. When I got out the staff told me that she was sorry because some people stay very long. I respect their rules in terms of time limits, but knocking and shouting was aimed at minority. I am African, it was easy for them to have such discrimination targeting people of color and minority. It is a shame to have such a reaction for just using bathroom, knowing that I am a member and pay my dues every month. If some people use bathroom for long time, it is easy to let those people know instead of acting like inhumane. I would not recommend anyone to go through the same harassment I went through.

Always clean! This is the only public gym that compares to the private employee gym at my former hi-tech company...feels new every time I go! Can't say enough good things about Matt! Professional, knowledgeable, service and results-oriented. The atmosphere is friendly yet respectful. It's a nice community as members are conscientious and wipe down equipment after use...very impressive.
