very nice people, all very well, only you never clean the mirrors and that looks very gross, they should have someone who also cleans the mirrors!!!

Horrible customer service, front desk looked me dead in the face and asked “are you really going to get a membership” and I was right up until then. Proceeded to use the gym for free after a hassle with the children at the front desk. Gym was small and all equipment was breaking down/squeaky. (Means they don’t even take the time to grease their machines and it’s literally a gym)

The spin bikes are in horrible condition. The seats are torn and their is human hair stuck in the wheels. The cages on the pedals are broken making the bikes unsafe to ride. My foot kept slipping off the pedal in class. The instructor is amazing just wish management would do there job and fix these run down bikes before someone gets hurt.

It's a real struggle to find 2.5s. They have exactly 2 of these in the whole gym. Today I only found 1 even though the gym was totally empty. Front desk provides zero assistance when it comes to this. I will change this to a 5 star review if only they spend what would cost a negligible amount to buy a couple 2.5s

The intro from 24 hours says "Discover a clean friendly gym"🤣.The men's locker room has been getting nastier by the week. Shower doors have fallen off, several showers don't have functioning water valves. The drains on several of the showers have always smelled of sewage. Last week, the entire row of sinks was out of service. A bottle of hand sanitizer sat on a chair in front of the sinks, that we were supposed to use in place of washing our hands!Wads of hair and trash are often on the floor. Of course that's also a reflection of some of the animals that work out there, but the staff could pick up a broom now and again, instead of staring at their phones at the front desk.If you want to "discover a clean gym", you better look elsewhere! The good news.. they do have Wi-Fi since covid.

It’s 1022, there are hundreds of people here. I hate it here. Make this your absolute last option. 30 people recording themselves exercise. Another 30 recording the other people recording. People are running into my bar as I bench heavy. Trash overflowing. Loud. People seem to just be socializing and dressing up in spandex.

Overall an okay gym. For the amount of people that go there they need a way more selection of dumbbells & benches. The machines take awhile to get fixed when broken also. Gym also looks like it gets rarely cleaned & the women's locker room has balls of hair in showers.

Highlight of this place is Ariana at the reception desk. She smiles and shines with positivityAnd knows helpful things about drinks they have in the vending machine and anything else about classes and gymI mentioned to her that it is so much different then in location at seramonte where I chose 2 stars review because of people at reception

Club looks "okay" but they "aren't accepting three day passes" you can obtain from their website so I never tried it. No reason why, but you can purchase either a $25 day pass or sign up for a whole membership. Seems like a ripoff.Update: I joined and it's the worst place. Equipment is constantly misplaced, it's overcrowded no matter what time you go, guests are generally pretty rude, and bathrooms are never cleaned. I've frequently seen blood on the sink faucets - no thanks, I'm good, stay far away.

Good array of equipment, gym protocol - putting weights away - should be enforced.
