F45 Training San Bruno

What can I say about F45 that hasn’t been said in the other reviews. I’ve been talking about working out again and it’s been all talk and no action. On Thanksgiving, I was talking to a friend who talked me into signing up for F45 and helped motivated me to actually signing up. I’ve signed up to other gyms before but never went and I actually have a 24 hour fitness membership but never gone.I went the following day, 6AM class. It was really hard for me to get out of bed as I’m not a morning person at all. I couldn’t be happier that I did. I’ve gone every day so far, excluding the weekends and it’s been amazing. I feel more energized and mentally in a better place. The coaches have been very welcoming and have helped out making sure I’m doing the right movements for the exercise.What’s been great to is the other members. They were super welcoming and made the experience inviting. I started with a trial but I will for sure be signing up.

F45 is a fantastic class if you're looking to incorporate weights into your workouts. I came as a total newbie and was taught how to use each type of equipment for the workouts. Also the workouts are always changing, which gives each class a lot of variety. Some days are more weight lifting focused and some days are more cardio focused.Onto the coaches, all of them are fantastic! If you are able to consistently stick to a type of class and a coach, the coaches help train you on your technique. I really like working out with Patrick on the weight training days!

Instructors are great – really motivating! Always get a good workout and the classes go by in a flash!

Great studio! The facility is clean and well organized, and the trainers are incredibly motivating and friendly.

Great facility with knowledgeable trainers. Everyone is on their own journey, not a gym where what you look like is a factor. What you feel like is the goal and they will get you there. It's the most effective gym I've ever been a part of. Invest in yourself and leave your excuses at the door.

F45 in San Bruno is absolutely awesome! Truly, it is the best gym I've ever joined, and the class structure, the instructors (big shout out for Dionne and Chriselle!), the exercises, and support are amazing! Also, the positive vibe and encouragement from all members is tremendous! Each class is the best part of my day, and I recommend F45 to all!

This gym is top notch! A couple months ago, I decided to finally take control of my fitness - but I had no idea where to start. A buddy of mine from work recommended I stop by and check out the class he takes in the mornings. I was pretty intimidated considering I didn’t have any real experience with lifting/working out in a targeted fashion. Despite my hesitation, I took to the class right away and haven’t stopped going since that first trial run. All the members are super welcoming & the staff is amazing! They’re able to strike the balance between kicking my butt & making sure I’m not overdoing it and hurting myself, which has been so rewarding in so many ways. In the last couple months I’ve dropped 12 pounds and honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve felt this good - not to mention the sense of community I’ve gained in such a short time.Seriously would recommend to ANYONE looking to enrich their lives & get fit in the process!

I've been coming to F45 for a year now. I love the variety of challenging workouts and coaches! Nice diversity of members. Kudos for continuing to add classes to the schedule and trying to make it easier to squeeze in a workout. San Bruno F45 is the spot!
