24 Hour Fitness

3 stars for the convenient location, hours, and cool staff. Shoutout to Jason, Jose, and the two semi-twin guys with the mustaches (sorry, I do not know your names), for always greeting people who walk in and out of the gym. Minus 2 stars for offering promotions too often. I've seen a drastic increase in the gym being overcrowded, making it more accessible and affordable for certain clients who come in to socialize more than workout and don't clean up after themselves. The restrooms are always blown up or molding that my bladder and bowels would rather hold until I get home. It's that grim. Another star off for the front desk being unsupervised at times. With this happening so often I witnessed homeless people and possibly non-members come in without scanning/checking in. This isn't fair for members that pay. Please have at least one staff member present at your desk at all times for security reasons as well. If finances are not a concern for you, I highly recommend going to Crunch Fitness or Equinox for cleanliness and less crowds.

Needs to turn their AC up

15 nov, 3:30am, I walked in with the free 3day pass and he said no. He cant let me in and id have to come back when a salesperson is there. So i asked to buy a day pass and he said no, the machine isnt working. I then asked what he could do so that i could workout. He said he could sell me a membership. So i guess the machine works for selling mberships but not day passes.Thanks for letting me know that machines are down except when its taking lots of money from members, that you are unaccommodating, and constantly trying to upsell. Rude pushy dishonest people.

3 day pass is a scam — the front desk says it’s for “permanent resident” only

Please increase membership prices on god. We need to cut some people, cuz it's too crowded and dirty right now.

This gym is insane. They won’t honor the 3 day pass because I don’t live in the area.

Sauna and steam room smell like feet!! Makes me wanna get a membership at crunch, sad I’ll be embarrassed if I was a manager. Also, the basketball court should be open 24 hours as well. :(

Love to work out here. Easy access at any time I want, little to no wait for equipment. Place is always clean!

Absolutely disgusting gym. People don't rerack equipment, none of the dumbbells are organized, the gym equipment setup is horrid, and their prices do not match the online prices. Do not go here.
