At 2023 7/25 0815 in the morning, I try to use their bathroom before I become a member there and got told by the staff who work at the front check in tole me I must become a member to used the restroom. Hopefully when you need to go used restroom be for you order a coffee at a coffee shop. Not friendly with the publicly !!!

I usually go in early morning but decided to go late on Monday night around 11pm. It was a good crowd & definitely felt the good vibes. The place is spacious, clean & cool. Thank you for keeping the bathrooms clean & the workout area.

A ot of shortcomings for a new gym. Very dirty windows, constantly wet toilets and no paper towels, many exercise machines blocked, dust as thick as a finger. Often turn on a siren which is frankly quite intimidating… The queue for the smith machine and barbells always: in early mornings and weekends, not to mention the evening hours. It seems to me that the attendance indicator does not work in the application, because when there are only three divisions of the crowd in the gym there is no free space.Only the girls are polite from the staff. Men are rude and ill-mannered. Even if you left the door of the gym for a minute, you have to open the application again and check in!And door - its always broke!!!!

The staff is the best part of planet fitness! I’ve been coming here for two years and the staff is one of my favorite parts. They are all awesome, Matt, Irma, Diego, Denise, Brandy,Diana, Gaby, Patrisha, and Eric. They deserve raises! -Michael Romero

This facility is horrible is small and dirty the staff are all young kids with funny attitudes can't even answer simple questions I'm.glad my membership got canceled lol planet fitness is going down hill and San Bruno location is the worst one I seen good riddens lol you did me a favor now I don't have to deal. With the horrible task of doing it myself

I noticed that while many Planet Fitness locations have duplicates of machines, (especially popular machines) this location just has one of everything, so you'll probably be waiting for a machine. The locker room smelled like protein powder …

I like the fact that I can go to the gym whenever I want. The environment in planet fitness is very chill. This is the first gym I've gone to where I didn't feel uncomfortable. I can do my workout in peace and the people that go there are just like me.

NOMADS: Plenty of parking on a Sunday evening, not many people in the gym. Showers had hot water but were absolutely filthy in the women’s bathroom.

Very disappointing. The management is totally ineffective . One of the most important equipments is broken since June. How's it possible a big company permit this? I'm going to canceled my membership and find a decent gym.
