Shady operation overall. The sign up on the website implies you need to visit during office hours to complete registration. Having never done that, I was charged $150. When I called in order to cancel and ask for a refund, as I’ve never used the gym or even been there, they acted as if simply allowing me to cancel was a favor to me. So I suppose I’ve just donated $150 to this gym unless their main office makes this right. 0/5.

No water fountain, only one toilet in the building, no locker rooms, not much circulation, no staff (most of the time), but it’s good enough for me!

I'd look at other gyms in this area. They don't value their customers here, and will charge you if poorly maintained equipment breaks while you use it.

Would be careful going here. They’ve charged a friend $400+ for “misuse” of a machine when it broke during normal use. Clearly prefer a quick buck over valuing a customer’s long term business.

Tried to cancel a membership at a location that was closed down and that was impossible so now I’m being charged and haven’t been to the gym in three months. I emailed them 10 times still no response I’m just over it. Scam is all I can think of

The staff are helpful and doing their best, but the gym itself is extremely strange. No water fountain seems like a big oversight. Every other snap fitness ive been to has a water fountain. In fact I can't think of any other gym ive ever been to that doesn't have access to a water fountain.The attitude towards broken adjustment knobs and equipment that is loose is "if it still works at all, we're not going to replace it", which may be a corporate rule rather than a decision by the gym itself. But crucially, it seems like a recipe for injury. Its also strange that there is no music, it's pin drop quiet so it's pretty awkward to just hear other people breathe and grunt unless you block it out with your own music. Overall, I'm happy they at least have a barbell and heavier dumbbells and cables, it's better than nothing. Would love to see them be more proactive about repairing machines and install a water fountain.

They are cheap and they do offer the best prices but the only bad thing is that they don't have no showers to shower after the work out I'm sorry but when I swear I want to shower and be clean and take off to work if they offered showers would definitely give them a 5 stars

I’ve been going here for almost two years and I love it. One of the best fitness gyms I’ve been to in my life. The coaches and the staff are amazing. The facilities are top notch

When I first started at this gym I was skeptical because I haven't had a whole lot of success in the past. However, this place changed my life and the way I went about life! I took their challenge and lost 26 pounds and 7% body fat in 6 weeks! If your on the fence just do it and it'll change your life!

They charged me $50 for two cards to be able to use their gym (in addition to monthly payments) and said that I can get it back as soon as I stop using the gym and return the cards. Now they refuse to return the money because "they can't see the transaction". It's been two years and it's impossible to find it on my numerous accounts, so they are clearly using that. Sounds like a scam to me! Very disappointed. I liked the gym, but my experience is ruined. :(
