This is a great studio to get your sweat on if you have a busy schedule and need to get a quick 15-30 min workout in. I also love that they have a gym area for strength training if you need a break from the saunas. This is an affordable and flexible workout studio for those who need it!

I'm visiting the area for the weekend and stopped in here for a few workout sessions. The staff was AWESOME, and I loved the studio setup. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again!

Today was my first session at HOTWORX Sandy springs. The staff were super welcoming and helped me get my membership. She also walked me through the entire gym and explained the different session and saunas available. She also helped me walk through on how to use the apps.The gym is super well maintained and the workouts are very fun to do! They have a variety of sessions to choose from so it’s fun to try everything and set a workout routine for yourself! Overall had a great experience today! And love to see those calories burn while also enjoying the different workouts here!!

Love HOTWORX! Only workout I have found that keeps me consistent. The cool down/after-burn affect is amazing. I also love having the privacy of my own sauna during my workout. Keeps me feeling great all day!!
