New staff two redneck looking guys. They don't greet hello don't say good bye. When I entered in and left. One intentionally turned his back.to.me when I came in!!! My black card embership is out of state have had better customer service then this.

I signed up with them through active and fit and the staff is saying they no longer have a contract with them, yet they are still on the active and fit site. So I’m not really sure what the deal is

I really like this planet fitness but their water was broken and they’re making you purchase water at the front if you need water. You’re a gym. Find a way to get people free water, that’s literally the bare minimum.
