This is a great private gym in the Salt Lake City area. They also have personal trainers of all different types which is a big help. They focus on things like weight training and cardio and nutrition help as well other things. Both male and female fitness trainers are available to help meet individual goals. Overall it's been a great experience. If you're looking for a personal trainer in Salt Lake City, this is the place.

Great facility, loaded with equipment for whatever suits your needs and friendly people training. I plan to drop in here more in the future when I’m on the road.

I use to come early in the morning when there was only a few people here so I don’t know how this place looks when it gets busy, but it was always so clean and organized. Great little gym if you’re not into commercial gyms.

The owners work hard to make this a great place to workout, and it shows.Whether you are in to bodybuilding, power lifting, Olympic lifting, or just want a place to do your favorite kind of workout, this is the place to go.

BMB is a more specialized gym than the traditional Vasa (golds gym for us in Utah). This is great because you get to exercise around people who really know what they are doing. Most everyone there is friendly and even encouraging when seeing someone put in effort. One of the biggest things that brought me to BMB is their specialized equipment for powerlifting/olympic liftingBMB is awesome!

This is a great community and the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Everyone who I have run into here is super nice and very respectful. I love coming here! Their personal trainers are really great and working with Zac has been awesome!

This gym has been nothing short of amazing for me as a lifter. The equipment is top notch, and ownership is constantly making it better, recently adding more oly platforms and upgrading a few of the power racks.24/7 access has been great knowing I am always able to get a workout inAnd honestly my favorite part, the people, everyone here is so uplifting and friendly, doesn’t matter how strong you are or who you are, this community welcomes everyone who wants to better themselves. It’s to the point where I don’t mind when it’s busy.I can’t recommend trying this gym out enough, even if you just pop in for a day pass, I’m sure you’ll love it.
