Core 7 has a great environment, as well as wonderful workouts. The instructors are knowledgable and extensively trained. It feels like family.Just wanted to add on to this review- I have been coming to Core 7 Fitness for over 5 years now and I continue to love it more and more! I feel accepted and supported! I get amazing workouts and have met incredible people! I always leave feeling better than when I came! Highly recommend!

I will first and foremost say, I enjoyed the classes. The instructors were kind and created a positive atmosphere. I had signed up hoping to enjoy my membership for the summer and fall until moving to California for a job. When I went to cancel they told me I had signed a 12 month contract WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT.When signing up, they took my CC info over the phone and then rushed the contract signing a few days later right after a class. At no point during the phone call or the contract signing was I told about the 12 month contract or the egregious fee I would be charged if I broke the contract. I genuinely believe it was a mistake that I wasn’t made aware of the 12 month contract and associated fees, but when I tried to discuss the issue with them, they refused to reason with me and demanded I pay $700 to break my contract (that again I was never told about) or keep paying for a membership that I wouldn’t be using.Again, I genuinely enjoyed Core 7, but I think everyone should be aware when they are entering into a year-long contract and expected to pay $700 to cancel their membership and am disappointed they wouldn’t admit to this mistake.

I love this place! I have never worked out and felt so loved and accepted like I do at Core7! Shantel and her instructors are the best. It felt so incredible to go to Breath work and sound bath mediation tonight. It’s one of my favs

AMAZING!! I’ve never had so much fun in a yoga class! And the barre class was new for me- couldn’t have predicted how much I’d love it! Shantel, Cassie, Stephanie, and the entire team are just the BEST. Thanks for the awesome workouts!

I started coming here about 6 month ago knowing nothing about barre or ballet and absolutely love it. The energy is wonderful, the instructors are great about teaching for any skill level. Way more fun and a better workout then when I used to go to a regular gym.

Have had very challenging and fun workouts here. I am not a dancer, but the instructors give very good instructions and cuing during class

I love coming to core 7. I love every single instructor. I always get an amazing workout. And honestly it’s like cheers where everyone knows your name and makes you feel so welcome!
