I just tried out Core7 and I loved it! The hour flew by and I am so sore. It was an awesome workout and a lot of fun!

I was gifted a month unlimited membership to Core 7 while I was in town visiting family and I'm so glad I was! The classes are set up for all different fitness levels with modifications if you need them and enough of a variety of classes you sometimes come back twice in one day. The free childcare and locations in Sandy and SoJo are so convenient, and the instructors and staff really make an effort to get to know you and address any questions you might have. Studies have shown that people lose more weight when they have a workout buddy, so it's nice to go to a studio where you have 5-15 workout buddies that regularly attend and their energy to help push you further. I wish I could move them out to where I live!

I love Core7!! The staff and instructors are super friendly and helpful. The classes are great - it's a work out I actually enjoy! Another bonus is free on site day care. Come to Core7, you'll love it!

I love the new Core 7 fitness classes! They incorporate great many fitness tools like balls and bands into the workouts that add variety and make for a great workout! The instructors are motivating and the facility is clean and nice. The contests, prizes, and special deals throughout the year keep me coming back. I always feel great leaving a pound or sculpt class and am excited to try some of their new classes in the near future!
