Super nice gym POTENTIAL, but does not give everything it promised before opening. Theres no board room aka basketball court which i was stoked for because there was supposed to be an outside and an inside one keeping the inside one cleaner hopefully since the one Murray one is NEVER cleaned and they claim its cleaned every day but you could leave something in there on the floor and itll still be there weeks later. Im hoping that the staff continues to keep this location clean its the only reason it has 1 star. The machines are already starting to break and become inoperable, the towels are never stocked on Saturdas and it seems to always be the least busy. Its supposed to have services available that it boasts on the website but it doesnt. Hopefully when the yard finishes it wont be so packed that only a certain few will get in their workout. May this not turn into another 24hour fitness.... Also why is half the building painted and finished but the other side isnt? Did contractors change or something?The roof leaks a lot and makes it unpleasant when you get hit with water on top your head randomly in the middle of a rep... It has such great potential and I hope in the future i can chnage this review.

Great new gym! Nice and clean. The kids club staff is great but they need more toys for sure

Staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable. There is also two different free weight areas with cables behind them and there is a recovery tank with hyperice normatecs and hypervolt percussion guns. My only complaint is the squat rack arrangement, the back row is lined up directly behind the front, so you can't watch your form.

Signed up for this gym specifically to use the sauna & jacuzzi. Women's sauna has never worked since day 1: we go into the mens and sometimes it is very crowded, standing room only. The Jacuzzi worked for first 2 weeks, now 3/4 of the jets don't work and the water level is too low. Have complained to Management many many times, to hear it will be fixed; neither have. Once they fix them, then I will increase the star rating.

We came here to find a gym to workout at while we were here in Salt Lake City Utah and they have been super accommodating and helpful! And the gym is beautiful. Rylan is the best and helped up out so much! Come here it’s great!

The woman sauna has been down ever since I started coming, which is about a month. Everytime I go to the massage room there's loud music blaring. For about two weeks need to turn the music off so I could relax that was nice but now it's back. The staff is very nice. Place is clean mostly, but some of the machines were people don't sit or touch are getting dusty in places you stair at while lifting. sometimes the bathroom stalls have TP showers hair

Pros:-cinema cardio room-hot sauna & pool-good variety of machines-spin class & other offered classesCons:-sales team is apparently rarely there or available-pool is not well maintained (not clean)-towels are only available for tier 2 members (you should allow people to be charged a small fee to their account if they need a towel, like a vending machine)-LOTS of out of order machines!I joined because of price, convenience & amenities. But so far i’m not impressed with how this location is being maintained. I’ve been to the Bountiful location and it’s great! Hopefully some improvements will be made here..

Signed up before they opened for two memberships. They apparently opened two duplicate accounts for one of the people I signed up. So ontop of the annual fee for both accounts, and the membership, they took a third annual out and membership. I was told last week the duplicated one would be deleted before anything came out. Now $110 was just pulled because he didn’t cancel the extra. Then told it would be 7 business days before it got put back into my account. Seriously need to hire more reliable people. Why was there ever a duplicate in the first place and when it was brought to their attention they didn’t delete it still, so I was charged an extra $110 which at this point I doubt I even see even though they said “7 business days”. Maybe the Murray location is better but I wouldn’t sign up with this location again.

I was very excited to join this gym. The pool at the rec center is just gross, and that's my big go to for exercise. Well after about 2 weeks, the pool has a lot of gross things building up in it already. And 1of the 2 saunas has been out of order for about 3 weeks or just soon after they opened.I was happy about being able to have a free 1 hour training, this person was great and helpful. However, I understand that they're sales people, its a hard job, but I don't appreciate not taking no for an answer. I don't blame the staff, I blame the model of that part of the business to force employees to be so pushy. It's making me not want to continue to go here. And I will warn others of your sales model and tell others to steer clear of taking advantage of the "free" 1 hour session.

Brand new gym with so many different amenities! The most expensive tier is only about $28!!! It is huge and has a pool, hot tub, 2 saunas, and a movie theater! There are 10 full squat racks. They also have multiple recovery areas with massage chairs, massage guns, and heated leg sleeves. Great gym. Also 24/7.
