This Gym is amazing! I was surprised how transparent and friendly they were. Most gyms aren’t like that. Ask for Rylan he’s the best!

My first time seeing employees clean at a public gym. One of the employees, Rylan, was very helpful as well! Definitely recommend using the facility.

Great facility with very helpful staff. Spoke with Brayden the morning of and he got me set up with a free trial, tour of facility, and started working out within 10 minutes! Highly recommend.

**Two Major (Recent) Frustrations**- Body Scan Scheduling: I was informed of their new policy is that in order to use the body scan is that it has to be on Thursday nights. This doesn’t work with my schedule and it wasn’t a stipulation prior months (including when I signed up)- Belittling Sales Pitch: After every Body Scan they try to pitch you on personal training and EōS branded supplements. That is annoying, but last time I did my body scan, the sales pitch included belittling my current workout routine, belittling my fitness progress, and more. I am guessing this poor sales pitch is due to poor sales training on the part of management. There are various things that I do enjoy about the gym, mainly that the equipment is nice and new.

They wouldn’t let me bring my teen as my guest which is why I chose the pass that I did. Cancelled after finding this out, but still had to pay annual fee even though I canceled within weeks of joining. Planet fitness and Momentum are better matches for me. EŌS has a weird salesman vibe that I’m not a fan of.

I have been going to Eos since 2019 and have had no issues with the equipment. However, I have had many issues with my membership and issues with the sales reps. I currently have the basic membership but started with a higher membership. I was told by the general manager that I could change my membership at any time with no charge. It ended up costing me extra to lower my membership and what was said to me was not the case. I typically go to the Murray location but I went to the Sandy location today and was told that I could not work out there because my main location was Murray. A sales rep pulled me to his computer to try to get me to sign up for the black membership. I told him numerous times that I wanted to change my location to the Sandy location because I live closer but then the sales rep insisted I get the black membership. He finally states after I continuously ask him to change my location that it would cost $50 to change the location and that I should sign up for the black card. I finally asked if I could workout just for the day and then talk to a manager to change my location but he pointed me to the $1 enrollment fee for the black card membership.I have had an overall decent experience with the Eos staff but there have been numerous times where my experience has been unsatisfactory. I will be looking for a new gym when there is a new deal.

This place is awesome, however the amenities are kind of hidden. They should showcase those more! They have an awesome massage chair room but unless you walk past it you won't see it, the towels are at the very end of the gym, should be at the front so u walk in and get your towel. The pilates/dance area has been unlit the last 4 times I've gone. Place is brand new so the machines/weights are in fantastic shape. They also have half weight (12.5, 17.5, etc) which is awesome for progression.Doesn't have a basketball court which is a deal breaker for me (I go to vasa but go here often as a guest with my sister) but that's just preference.

Jay was the trainer who gave us a tour when we started our membership. He was effective efficient and made sure we were heard and provided help. With the need for trainers and the guidance that they can provide to help with your health goals, his time, energy, and efforts were greatly appreciated. Although we are not able to do much to add a trainer to our regimen, he showed that he cared and would help where he could outside the need of his own finances as trainers earnings come from those valuable sessions. Thanks for going above and beyond trainer Jay!I'll make sure we get some sessions to help with our goals, but in the meantime, thank you for all you do and have done for us!

Received this in the mail the other day and when I went to speak with EoS about switching over to them I overheard another disgruntled couple who was having sign up issues. Shortly after I found out why they were so distraught as there were several amenities promised such as the Indoor Basketball Half Court … which is a sad outdoor court that isn’t even open for members to utilize.Misrepresentations and unfortunately the company keeps up with the lies saying the first 150 people for $9.99. Lies are not needed to get people in the door. Honesty and good nature is what is needed for retention … there are no sorts of that happening here which is very deterring.I had high hopes for this location too as it is the closest EoS to me only to be utterly disappointed. 🤦🏼♀️😢👎🏽
