Great place to get fit, clean up to date equipment. Nice facility. Personal trainer "Cain" designed a plan for me to use bands to workout with while I am on vacation. Fantastic staff.

Facility is super nice and very clean. Employees are very friendly and very helpful, especially Buddy who greets me every day and the front desk. Definitely recommend this gym.

Brand new sandy utah facility and already really dirty throughout the facility and especially locker rooms. and you advertised basketball on your website..... this is by far your best basketball court between all of utah locations and this isn't even finished or looking like it will be..... Really sad since you're double vasa price and they have full hardwood courts.... and more locations

I recently had the pleasure of visiting EOS Fitness, and it has been an exceptional experience so far. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Rylan, who introduced me to the facility and made me feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the gym's offerings and took the time to answer all my questions, setting the tone for an enjoyable visit.One standout at EOS Fitness is Alec, who has been consistently pleasant and approachable. He always has a smile on his face and exudes positivity, making interactions with him a delight. Alec's enthusiasm and passion for fitness are contagious, and he motivates everyone around him to strive for their best.The staff, in general, is fantastic and goes above and beyond to ensure the members' needs are met. They are quick to assist, providing guidance and support whenever required. It's evident that EOS Fitness places a significant emphasis on customer service, and it shows through their friendly and attentive staff.While I have many positive things to say about EOS Fitness, I must address one area for improvement—the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Although the gym overall is well-kept, it would be even more inviting if the bathrooms were cleaned more frequently. Keeping this high-traffic area tidy would be a great addition to an already fantastic establishment.I highly recommend EOS Fitness to fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Worst experience. I was told I could downgrade if I came in within three days. I came in within the three days and have since been in five times, sent dozens of emails, multiple phone calls, spoken to the general manager, Rylan, the front desk staff, the operations director, Kylee, and they all assured me they would downgrade my membership, but never did even though I kept calling and coming in to resolve the issue. Then I contacted the regional director and Paola the new general manager who is unresponsive and dismissive. She takes no accountability for herself or her staff and the mess this has been. I told her I just wanted to cancel my membership and be refunded because of the hassle I had been through. She then told me I would have needed to do that within the three days!! Seriously?!! But she said she could do me a favor and downgrade my membership and refund me the residual for three months. That was a month ago. When she finally responded, she said “as I told you before, I cancelled your membership,” but she didn’t actually do it until I called and emailed her several more times even though she wanted me to believe she did it right away. I’ve sent her emails, called, gone in, and Paola wont respond. Then she makes it seem like I’m the one who misunderstands things. No apology for such horrible customer experience, just turning it around on me so it’s my fault. UPDATE: I got charged again after being reassured in a condescending way that my membership had been cancelled.

The facility is reasonably priced and less busy than most other gyms in the area. The staff is happy to be helpful (Buddy is awesome) and overall a would-recommend.

Have been coming here since they opens and it is a great facility. But what puts it at 5 stars is my personal training experience with Dave Merrell. He is so knowledgeable and give you the why behind the work you put in. Just ask my wife what she thinks of the results we have seen. Enough said.
