The facility is great, the coaches are great, and everyone who works out there is fun and motivating to be around. This gym has helped me improve physically, mentally, and emotionally. Love it!

The best Box in town , I’m from Texas Just moved to Utah and I absolutely love the people here . The trainers are just amazing . I came here looking for something different other than your regular gym and came here and the energy that I received was just insane !!! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking into a new CrossFit Box 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

I have been coming here for the last few months and I have absolutely love it! The trainers and people are so fun, sweet and welcoming and are truly there to help you meet you goals! As long as I am in the SLC area this will forever be my gym!

Been going here over a year! Programming is difficult specially since I’ve never done it before. I had gym memberships preciously and saw little result. The coaches, community, and programming have added so much value to my life. I’ve lowered my body fat, increased my muscle mass, and overall feel amazing with my results (both mentally and physically). When I find something that works for me, I stick with it. Try it for yourself and experience what this place has to offer!!

I started at Aether with the sole purpose of losing weight, but I discovered there was so much more to them. The people and coaches there are genuinely inspiring and welcoming, in fact it feels like home now. I get much better sleep now, I barely drink alcohol anymore, I don't think I have ever had this level of mental clarity. Oh and FYI after a couple months I was already down over 20 pounds and I took my shirt off in public for the first time in over five years. This place has given me my life back and not to be cliche, but my only regret is not starting sooner. These are people who care about you in and out the gym, you aren't going to find a better gym I promise you that.

Aether is a wonderful place to be apart if, I have been going here for around 4+ yrs. Everyone is so welcoming and the vibe there is incredible. They are doing so many wonderful things to help you reach your goals and having fun along the way. A wonderful community to be apart of. I was never one for going to a gym to get a workout in but once I started at Aether I was hooked it's so fun to be part of such a positive group. They have CrossFit, Olympic lifting, 6 week challenges, 8 week nutritional challenges etc.. If you are thinking of joining stop hesitating now and sign up, try it out!!

Aether is one of the most unique communities I’ve ever experienced at a crossfit gym! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Any level of fitness is welcome, and there are so many programs offered to help you improve on your weaknesses and your self as a whole!

I did cross-fit for the first time here and was a little scared when I saw all of the crazy lifts and movements I had seen on youtube. Matt and his team were amazing, they are more than qualified to coach and help you feel comfortable with lifts that you have never done before.I was also worried because I have a history of chronic back pain and a few years back got surgery for it. I never had any issues, Matt on multiple occasions made sure that I and others were lifting in a safe environment, with the right technique and that we weren't overdoing it.I would highly recommend this gym, it is amazing and the results show when you stick with it and work hard.
