I signed up for their Nubod challenge back in august. They told us that they would give us a customized meal plan based on a questionaire they had us fill out. Then when I got my meal plan it was totally off as far as when I needed to eat etc. They just said that it was a guideline and just do same amount of calories in whenever I wanted. Then looked at a friends meal plan and it was exactly the same as mine. Nothing personalized. Just click and paste. In fact my friend was allergic to a certain food and they still put it in their meal plan. The workouts were good and it pushed me. The coaches I had were good and I was one of the few to lose the weight. I had some friends that wanted to do it so I signed back up for another challenge about a month later. I just used the money from the first challenge to pay for the second. No meal plan this time but that was fine, I knew what I needed to do. I lost the weight again and literally 2 days before weigh-in Matt messaged me and said it was actually 25lbs not 20. Well I told him that wasn't fair and he can't change it but he stuck to it. I ended up losing 23 and he told me he would refund part of my money because of the "mix-up". I messaged him a half dozen times, between facebook and text and he never responded or gave me any of my money back. What a joke and what a terrible business man. Stay away, he only likes those whom he can take money from. If you are gonna earn your money back put it on a credit card that you can file a complaint and have the CC company refund the money that way, otherwise you won't see a dime.

You won't get your money back.I did the 20 pound weight loss challenge starting in October. The gym's promise is that they would refund the $370 dollar deposit if you lose 20 pounds. I did. Of the 20+ people who joined, only 4 of us lost the weight. After the challenge, the owner claimed it was a 25 pound challenge and wont refund anyone's deposit. I have messaged the staff about multiple times with no response.

I think highly of Matt and his team of coaches. I have honestly never enjoyed working out until I joined Aether. Everyone makes you feel like you are at home and has "family" feel to it. Everyone is super encouraging and I have always felt a ton of support every time I walk into a class. Thank you for giving me a fresh start at life and helping me on my journey to finding my strength.

The people are nice, the vibe is great, and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I've been going for six months and enjoy it immensely.
