From the first time I walked in, to the workout I did this morning, my experience at Orangetheory in South Jordan has been great. I love the workouts because they change things up regularly and they are challenging. The way heart rate is monitored is a real game-changer for me, too. I really like being able to look up at the monitors to see my efforts reflected in real time. The coaches are awesome and the other clients look very satisfied to me. Bottom line, Orangetheory has exceeded my expectations and I have been recommending it to my friends.

I love everything about the workout. I have been working out at OTF for 4 1/2 years and I have never been bored or hated any of the classes I have taken. I love that I just need to show up and listen to the coaches and I will get the best workout ever! All of the coaches and staff are so friendly and personable. They make me feel like I matter!

Since I joined OTF back in February, this is the most I've EVER consistently worked out. I feel like the accountibility is what keeps me coming. Because I'm paying more for my membership, it makes it easier for me to make the time for working out because I don't want to waste my monthly payments. Plus, once I sign up fir a class, I can't just wake up in the morning and decide not to go. Otherwise we get charged a no show fee. Sounds harsh, but it works to keep me coming, even if I don't feel like it. That would NEVER happen at a regular gym for me. I just wouldn't go. The results I'm getting with my body are amazing too. I'm in the best shape of my life and I just turned 51 last week! OTF is the best investment I've ever done for myself. Supportive coaches, great times available for classes, and varied workouts keep me coming back.

Orangetheory has changed my life. BIG fan. I always went to the gym looking around at the machines or the weights with no idea where to start or how to properly workout. The workout at Orangethory takes out all of the thinking for me. I like the format and the changes it gives me everyday. I have found that the coaches also care about me individually and want to see me succeed. Its not an intimidating atmosphere, rather an encouraging one.

I love the variety of the workout. Every workout is unique and challenging. I am challenged to perform at a higher heart rate than I was when working out on my own. The trainers at OTF SoJo are inspiring and motivating. I wasn’t an active person and maybe worked out once every couple months. I have been working out consistently for almost three years now. I feel welcome and like I’m part of the family when I’m there. I am a stronger person because of OTF.

I love that each workout is different, and they're always challenging. I never feel like there's any sort of repetition. The coaches are amazing and they take a genuine interest in each of the members. I love not only the physical changes, but the changes in my overall endurance. I'll be 40 in a month and I'm in better shape energy-wise and physically than I was in my 20's.

Orange Theory is my dream gym that is actually real life! The girls at the front desk are so friendly and know everyone's name. The trainers are so personable and helpful. They know your name and remember very specific things about you too! I had a back injury and they would always check on me and give me necessary accommodations with the work outs. And now that I'm pregnant, they are very mindful of that as well. You feel part of a family at orange theory. I love being there. Also, the workouts are so fun!! They are different every day and I never get bored of them. They are challenging and you can push yourself and get awesome results, no matter where you are in your personal fitness journey. You get what you pay for and Orange Theory is worth every cent.

Orange Theory Fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. The workouts are always changing, which provides variety for the body and mind. I love learning new things each and every time I go. I've been going to OTF SoJo for over a year and it never gets old!!! The instructors are all so friendly, encouraging and FUN! The thing that separates OTF from other gyms is the sense of community. It truly is a family at the end of the day. HIGHLY recommend this workout if you want to feel incredible and challenge yourself every day!

I love the intensity of the workout and the community feel. As a working professional, time is my most precious commodity and I do not have the time, energy or willpower to create a high-intensity workout at the local big-box gym and execute on it. I love coming in to OTF knowing that a well thought out 60-minute workout awaits me. All I need to do is show up and push myself.
