I started at Orangetheory Fitness South Jordan 6 years ago. It has been a game changer in working out. They have awesome Coaches that lead the classes. Their whole staff have been so friendly. It’s been a great community, and I’ve met so many people. Come give it a try. I give it FIVE stars!

I started my journey with OTF 8 years ago. They were a new gym to Utah and I planned on just trying it for a month to get some ideas to work out from home and 8 years later I’m still here!!! This is by far the most motivated, friendly, knowledgeable gym I’ve been to. The staff and coaches make every workout engaging and push you to never compare yourself to others but work on doing your best and pushing your limits. It’s become a family and I’ve accomplished things I never thought I could ( marathon in Spain 😍). Thank you OTF!!!

I typically get bored at other gyms after a year or two but not at Orangetheory! I have been a member for four years and still enjoy the workouts! I love that I can show up, zone out, listen to the cues from the coaches, and get an excellent workout. The best part is that all the staff is so friendly and makes you feel like you are a valuable gym member.

You will always feel welcome at OTFSJ! From the girls at the front desk to the amazing coaches. The workouts are challenging but the coaches help you push yourself farther then you thought you could. Joining Orange Theory was the best thing I could do for my physical and mental health.

This is the best gym I’ve ever gone to. Two years ago I attended a free class on a whim and immediately was hooked. In those years I have made new friends, gained a really positive support system, and have gotten stronger and faster. All the coaches at South Jordan are so friendly, energetic, supportive and encouraging. They know every member personally and support us all in our each individual goals. The workouts are created in such a way that you don’t have to be the fastest, most active, or in the best shape to complete them. They are tailored for everyone and its all about showing up and doing your best. The gym itself is super nice and clean and the equipment is top of the line. I could literally write a book about how much I love this studio.

OTF is more than a work out. It's a community, it's a stress reliever, it's an all around positive environment. OTF really puts a lot of emphasis into an unbelievable atmosphere that creates an opportunity to fall in love with fitness. Never did I think I would be actively looking forward to my work out everyday, but OTF has completely changed my mind set. Take a class at OTF. You won't regret it!

I can't say enough good things about Orange Theory. I have been taking classes for 3+ years now and have FOMO whenever I miss a work out. I always feel welcomed and loved when I'm in the studio. It's not just a workout... it's so much more.

I absolutely love working out at the SOJO OTF location! It’s my fav studio in the valley! I definitely recommend giving it a try. The staff is so friendly and coaches are amazing. Overall a great community!

I love that the workouts challenge me, are always something different, and I don’t have to think about it - I just show up and follow the directions. I get to check out and think about nothing but me, my health, and clear my head for one hour. I also love the enthusiasm and challenges the coaches provide. They are amazing!! I very much appreciate them!
