I've been waiting for this Planet Fitness to open for months. I left VASA in September in anticipation of an October opening date. The PF is much closer to home than the VASA, but unfortunately, this location saw several delays in its opening and I was forced to the Murray location until today. This PF is noticeably smaller than the Murray location, however, the layout is well thought out and affords plenty of spacing around various machines. It's very clean, because it's brand new, and the locker room is very nice. The only staff interaction I had was when I checked in this morning at 6:15, but the guy seemed friendly enough. There were only 3 other people in the gym. Hopefully it will continue to be a lower volume gym. Excited to have something that is open 24/7 such a short drive (2 minutes from my driveway) away.

New and clean. Friendly staff.The music is usually annoying and loud. Depending on whose in charge for the day, it may be ok. The noise of the music is the worst thing about most Planet Fitness locations. Most other gyms have realized people usually bring there own sounds.

I like the atmosphere at this gym. It's really large and good for people who have been locked down and inactive a little too long. I still get nervous being around others breathing heavily without masks, but the crowd meter on the app helps me plan. I see staff always walking around wiping down equipment too, so I feel a little better about it.

Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in with their app. I'm an older guy and pretty fat so I can feel uncomfortable in gyms. This one was great. I was worried because from the outside this place looks very small. I was pleasantly surprised by plenty of cardio machines, plenty of weight machines, and a decent supply of smith machines, cables, and dumbells. No free barbells but I don't ever use them so not an issue. Overall great gym and I was able to get a great workout.

I love this place and location. The upkeep is above and beyond and visually clean, from the main floor to the bathrooms. The staff is awesome and kind.I feel comfortable to come and workout and it isn't a thirst trap like it felt going to the other gyms.

It is a HUGE bummer to see the hours change. Being a 24 hour gym is a major reason many people join this franchise. Closing on weekend nights is a major disruption. I stopped going for a month to heal an injury. Upon returning, I can no longer go at night on weekends when I had done so quite a few times, pre-injury.I get it may be a staffing thing, given this economic and employment environment. I’d also believe having the focus stay on the clients and figure out a way to adjust pricing to reflect these changes may be appropriate. The franchise changed its hours, disallowing clients the same services allowed prior, thus changing our expectations of the company. Yet our expectations of payment stay the same. This is unfortunate.Fortunately, the facilities are still what we love, so we’re not going anywhere and the conversation can continue. Thank you all for providing a top notch facility.

What a clean facility. Sam is a treat every-time we see him there. Kind and considerate and very professional. The equipment is well maintained. Just don’t hear the lunk alarm anymore. What’s up with that? I enjoy this gym very much for the quiet , cleanliness and professionalism of the entire crew.

I'm new to the gym scene and super glad I took that leap. I didn't feel judged at all, in fact I felt super comfortable. I took my teenage son with me because I was nervous and he loved it too! There were plenty of machines even being social distanced. It was super clean. Staff was very helpful with helping me figure out how this thing works. The crowd meter helped me pick just the perfect time for is to go. I'm sorry excited to go back.

This location is absolutely phenomenal, from the staff, to the machines, to the Black Card Spa. This is the first location that I have frequented, and after visiting another gym , down in South Jordan I can confidently say that the Sandy Location is a 5/5.The staff here really care about the members, especially Taylor.But even beyond that, the environment of cleanliness and respect is much more observed here than any other location I've been to.

Super clean and almost 100% of the machines are always working. End up being sealed and favorable bathrooms are super nice and super-friendly staff. It's the best bank for the buck!
