I highly recommend the Sandy Utah location.All the workers are totally cool!!The manager, Justin, runs a tight ship just like he did in SLC.

Super friendly staff, all of them make sure to greet you and say good bye and smile and even chat a bit. The gym is also very clean and everyone is considerate.

Very poor customer service. They make mistakes and expect the consumer to pay the price rather than accept that they messed up and make it right. Nothing worse than a business or franchise passing on costs for their errors. Ethics are not something this business cares about. I will make sure to steer anyone away from this company. There are to many other options. I spoke with the manger, he is the reason for the review. I gave him the chance to make it right and he declined.

This place is an Absolute Nightmare. Great for headaches, NOT Workouts!DO NOT COME TO ANY PLANET FITNESS LOCATION. Do yourself a favor, buy a set of dumbbells and workout at home. Run around your neighborhood for crying out loud! Just DO NOT Come here. Enough said.

Honestly have had a good experience here. It has pretty much everything I would want from a gym and is generally not crowded at all. Staff is nice as well.
