The Exercise Coach has been a game changer! I feel so much better since I’ve been coming here, have more energy and strength to do the things I want to. The coaches are great and the work out is quick and non-stressing.

I came in to increase my strength as I’m getting older, so that I can continue to do all of the activities that I want to. I noticed after a few months that I was able to pick up things that before I wasn’t able to and when we hiked a clime in New Zealand with 1800 steps, my husband was complaining, but my legs didn’t hurt at all. I appreciate the improvement that I have made while working here and everybody is super nice and they worked really well with your schedule.

This place is awesome, I am sold 100% !My back and knees don’t hurt anymore. I can play pickle ball easily. I can hike without pain. I went skiing. and was stronger than my friends even though I hadn’t been mountain biking or doing anything to keep my legs strong all year. It’s only 20 minutes twice a week so it’s totally doable with a busy schedule . The people that work here are so helpful and easy to work with on my schedule. It helps me with my accountability because I make the appointment ahead, so I never miss. This has been a game changer for me.

My husband and I have been going to the Exercise Coach for over a year and have really noticed a difference in our overall strength, especially during activities like skiing, yard work, up and down stairs, hiking, etc. You don’t realize the strength you’ve built until you do these things, because you’re in and out of the workout within a half hour! We’ve enjoyed doing this together, and know strength training is so important as we are aging. Jenn and her staff are so friendly and encouraging. It’s become an easy routine for us!

I started The Exercise Coach last August 2022. My wife went to the free sessions and I begrudgingly signed up to check it out, too. I hate exercising in a gym setting, but the Exercise Coach approach changes this. Set within an office space with just a few pieces of equipment and normal people like me, I have never been uncomfortable during my workouts. An added benefit is that I'm only ever working out with a max of 3 other people, giving me the feel of a personal workout with kind coaches who watch my form to ensure I'm doing the routine correctly. Also, no 3 or 4 day per week routines...20 minutes twice weekly on their proprietary equipment has allowed me to see a 17% gain in skeletal muscle mass in only 8 months. Additionally, I made changes to my diet simultaneously, taking me from a BMI of 34.5 to 28.2, although it is worth noting that this is not a workout for weight loss, but strength. My joints no longer crackle, I have endurance I didn't have before, and I generally just feel better. I'm know that I'm healthier at age 52 than I was at 22 and all of my numbers prove it. If you care about your health, you won't regret getting started, but you will regret delaying.

I have always had a hard time with self-driven working out. The Exercise Coach has helped me work out consistently for almost 6 months now, and I've enjoyed it (as much as a workout can be enjoyed 😉) very much! The coaches are kind and seem to genuinely care about me. They are flexible with scheduling and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend starting here if you struggle with motivation!
