VASA Fitness

We were told price was last day of sale and then we got billed full price. I joined to hopefully participate in classes (yoga, cycle etc). After looking at class schedule in after work hours they all have 0-1 people enrolled. Who wants to Zumba by themselves?? We’ll see how this goes. Not thrilled so far though

This is by far the best location out of the many we've been to. Machines are clean and operate, there's a flow to the equipment so you know the section you're in and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Horrible company, went in and canceled my membership in March, they continue charging me. Then I called back again and thought it was all figured out, ended up getting charged another $77 this month for who knows what for, so called in and then was told I have to pay another $25 to cancel when I already paid it back in march.

I like the gym for the most part but I had to move away for 6 months for a new job and there were no VASA locations nearby. I asked for help canceling my membership back in June and aparently my membership just got paused. They give you no notification that your membership is reactivated and then charge you for a yearly fee plus a month fee and then on top of that once you figure out you have been charged on your credit card, they say you have to have a 30 day notice to cancel again. meaning i had to not only pay for one month before I noticed them charging me but pay for another month. In total an extra $120. They don't even deal with the billing you have to call a 3rd party agency who threatens do send you to collections if you dispute the credit card charge. I would have expected more honesty from a buisiness such as this. Good luck

I work out a lot and decided try Vasa since I just moved to the area. Way too overcrowded, I ended up having to end my workouts early because I was so frustrated waiting 5 mins between each exercise waiting for the weights or machines to be open. A majority of the equipment needs some serious repair or is closed. It’s cool they have a bunch of different equipment and weights but if you don’t take care of it then it doesn’t mean much.

I love this gym. They have all the equipment I need, except the 13th East location doesn’t have lifting belts. It’s busier in the evening, but in the morning I’m usually able to use whatever machine/equipment I want with no wait.

Great total gym. Not too crowded and plenty of room for many more people. Opens at 5am on week days. So I can get a workout in before work.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is clean and usually in good working condition. They need to put security cameras outside to keep an eye on theft. There have been quite a few car thefts lately. They also need more 2.5 and 5 pound weights.

Grate setup. Never crowed competitively to the other vasas in the area. Biggest complaint about vasa is their barbells. You absolutely can’t bench here. All of the bars spin an incredible amount. I can’t even get within 40 pounds of my max because it puts so much strain on your wrists.

Great service and workers are polite and nice! Equipments are working, nice environment! The only thing is that to expand the gym itself and put more amenities like the other locations.
