Not following any safe practices during a global pandemic, and still charges a full cancellation fee when it is definitely not safe to go to any of their gyms. Apparently not wanting to get sick with a infectious disease is not a valid reason for cancelling membership.Sign on door says masks required, not a single person in the place wearing a mask.Avoid this company and its ilk.

I’ve been going to VASA for about a year now and love the atmosphere at the draper location. It’s a good place to get a quick lunch break pump. Since I’ve been coming, I’ve seen a lot of improvements in this location, especially thanks to the new managers Brook and Jamie. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

I come to this Vasa daily and it’s hands down the best one in Utah! Shoutout to Brook who always has the best attitude and makes it easy to be there even on the days it seems impossible! The gym is always in tip top shape and I recommend it to everyone.

Joined this gym today while I was super impressed with roominess and equipment available I was disappointed by the amount of machines that were either broken or didn't function properly as far as being able to adjust them. I experienced this problem with an adjustable bench, a row machine and also there are no complete sets of dumbells heavier than 75lbs. Also nobody racks their weights here! That's so frustrating. Also when I needed to talk to somebody at the desk it took them 20 mins to be able to help me because their was only one girl hustling at the front counter to accomadate everyone.

ZERO STARS... STEER CLEAR. These guys try to extort you out of money for services not rendered! I have been actively going to vasa with an account in good standing right up until COVID-19 hit. In 2018, I signed up for personal training 3 times a week with this company. I started training with their personal trainers who were terrible and after about 2 months or so I decided to stop utilizing their services, and stopped scheduling my appts. I did this because the training program was geared around making people continue to utilize their services, not seeing results and not getting personalized workouts tailored to individual needs. I however continued with my gym membership. They claim that I never canceled my contract so they continued to bill me even though I wasn't utilizing those services anymore. They are charging me for services I did not take advantage of or utilize. They are holding me hostage and did not provide the quality service for which we agreed upon. I spoke with manager of the gym and they told me it would be fine as long as I kept my membership account current which I did. Now after 2 years, they sent me to collections. The law firm refuses to talk to me unless the account unless it's about a payment, and the gym will no longer discuss this account because it's now with the collection agency. They are trying to extort me out of $1600 for services they did not provide.

This gym is beautiful and comfortable but something important came up when I was supposed to have a training session that night and I got a call the next day with a very angry man on the other end of the phone call. He made it incredibly uncomfortable for me to talk to him and he acted as if he didnt care that something important came up.. probably wont go back to this location.

For the price it's a good deal. But far from perfect.If there's a downside:First, lockers get broken into and they don't seem too concerned about it.Second, they say there's one maintenance person shared between many locations which means really simple stuff stays unfixed for way too long. Such as a shower handle fixable with a screw, goes unfixed for a week.Still, for for money, it's a good deal.

Love this gym! It’s a smaller location so if you’re looking for the hot tubs and such, they don’t have it. But if you’re there simply to get your workout on, it’s perfect. Great staff. Excellent training team. Highly recommend.

I've had to wait repeatedly for several machines because of people on their phones texting. I spoke with the manager and she told me they have had multiple complaints about this and it's discouraging. In my opinion they should put up a sign asking patrons to be courteous towards other members and to not text during workouts. Had visitorsthat wanted to workout but they have no guest privileges unless you upgrade pay an extra $15. This place is all about making a dollar. Every time I've went into the restroom the toilets were full of toilet paper. They need to be cleaned more often. I wish there was another gym closer, I would definitely join them.
