I took the introduction course with Nathan Alvarado. This was my first time rock climbing and he was so informative and made me feel so safe as safety was his main concern. He thoroughly went over everything and made me feel so comfortable, safe and at ease. I had a great time and would definitely go back.

Been a member here for ~1.5 years, figured I would share my thoughts with anyone looking to become a member.Good: Lots of parking, VERY well maintained facility, high walls (by OC standards anyway), yoga classes are awesome, weight area is pretty much always empty, equipment is top notch.Bad: Children EVERYWHERE, routes setters are not very creative / changes pretty infrequently, you can only belay with a gri-gri (weird), no auto belays.Ugly: 90+ Dollar monthly fee + initiation fee + yearly price raises + NO guest passes (Really guys, not even one a month?) + pausing your membership is a pain (doctors note + you still have to pay like 10$/monthly to not climb LOL)Honestly it's a great gym, but their pricing model is sooooo greedy, which is ultimately what drove me out. If price is no object then this is the gym for you.

Best climbing gym ever. So glad they're open now. Spacious, very clean, lots of covid protection and social distancing measures. I feel very safe there. And the climbing is great!

Great climbing gym for adults and Sender City is an awesome place for kids! The auto belays in the kids area make it really easy for kids to get climbing. Plus there is enough variety that in an hour most kids will feel challenged and not bored. Would be awesome to see some more difficult routes in the kids area to support kids as they are progressing. Sometimes the younger ones don't want to go into the adult area, plus at Sender City they could use the auto belays.

Sender one is amazing! I've been a member here for about 4 years. The staff is amazing and takes effort to get to know members - creating a community rather than just a gym. The climbing is amazing, new routes are up weekly.I've participated in many activities the gym puts on, such as bouldering league and meetups. They are great, the energy is amazing!I highly recommend a visit 😊

We took our kids for some climbing for an hour. Our 4 year old was a bit scared but our 2 year old loved every minute!!We'll definitely be bringing them back.

Great modern centre with high walks and huge bordering area with padded floors. Offer social climbing bingo twice a month to enable climbers to meet.
